How to Submit a Work Order for McMaster University Residences! 2024 - 2025
Did you know you can submit a work order on the Residence Portal for any repairs or replacements you need in your room or residence common areas?
1. Log in to the Residence Portal.
2. Click on the three lines at the top of your browser.
3. Select "My Work Orders" from the menu.
4. Click "CREATE WORK ORDER"
5. Identify the area, item and issue, then check the box.
6. Click "Save & Submit" to view all work orders and their status.
