This video goes over topics 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7 of the CED. The backdrop used for all the cycles was from the HHMI Biointeractive Global Change application. All Avatar scenes, characters, animations, are protected by fair use for education (probably, idk how copyright law works) and are the sole property of Nickelodeon (Paramount Global).

This effecting weather patterns (based on size of “disrupters” adding heat or even moisture), causing more drastic weather events in more predictable areas? It's all air. It's not a bubble, that's all dew point. If the dew point and air temp are just a few degrees apart, you'll get fog, which is essentially ground-level clouds.
