I relate with you on so many levels. Ahh when you mentioned panic attacks during presentations. That was always my downfall in school. I would always either skip school or take a F. Respect also not getting addicted to the medications. Definitely just a band aid on a turd. People just always sell out for pills or believe everything your doctors say. Wish people realized. That self growth ect is way better than taking poison.

+1 (As person with late ADHD diagnosys, past depression due to untreated ADHD and cPTSD - I know it, but I am not fully diagnosed yet. I am also probably little in spectrum/asperger's, but that's yet to be sure.). I've spend last year doing a great progress (with psychedelic trips to understand things better, improving the mindset and habits as well as including supplements my body needed).
