I like to cook chicken thighs-so versatile. I end up overcooking chicken breasts and they are tough, but somehow manage to keep the chicken thighs tender. I season them and put them in the oven with avocado oil and use them in various dishes for meal prep as they reheat well too.

Glad you were able to take a break from YT and just take that off your plate. If you ever want to chat YT….reach out. I’m working on some new things for myself as well but it’s a struggle. haha How about sassy, sweet, or spunky! 😊 Your Lowe’s Food story was great! 😂 Keepin it real people!

Bummer on the chicken. I’ve never had one! Shocking, I know. I meal prep a lot so it would help. I guess I’m just accustomed to cooking up boneless/skinless chicken thighs for my family. We do various combinations with veggies and rice for meal prep. Love the cute top you picked up! What do you use the lime crema on? I’m wondering if we would go through a big bottle.

Costco what happened?! If someone is brave enough to enter the insanity that is a Costco (the one in my city is always packed), the least they can do is keep rotisserie chickens in stock! lol
