@@mealswithsu8888 This is a nutrient-dense meal incorporated leafy greens, spices and herbs making vermicelli soup soooo yums. (Consider adding cruciferous vegetables like broccoli makes it even more powerful), 😋😋😋I did a similar one with the similar ingredients, adding onion family to a miso soup base for Ramen. I made my vegetable stock using all the leftover vegetable scraps, so it's totally zero wastage! This is also a sustainable way to extract every bit of flavour and nutrients while reducing food waste. My miso ramen soup was prepared with ingredients for persons with cardio issues/high blood pressure/high cholesterol. 🍜🍜🍜😋😋😋
