She turned to scientists ...

Perhaps more than any other single figure, Wilder now embodies our fondest - and perhaps least ...

Fun fact... When coming off opiates, crave sugar. Wonder why that is? 😮😮😮
Badass
So What's his advice in a nutshell? Atkins or what? I was skimming.
nope if we quit paying in today such would be true 48:56
Never watch football.
This guy sounds more like a televangelist than a scientist fat is fat you bought hearts got to work hard to put blood on that s*** just eat healthy and exercise and forget this f****** guy
How about instead of taxing the high sugar foods they just stop putting it in there! Like, give me a break this is ridiculous!!
We cannot be reductionist either. Not all "carbs" are equal. Beans( with resistant starches and antioxidants) are not the same as a potato( with little antioxidants and fried to boot) and a sugary soda. I hate the protein, carb and fat reduction. It leaves iut the most important micronutrients in vegetables and fruits ( whole of course, with all the fiber and antioxidants and enzymes and all that our hubris doesn't know).
Great info.thank you Dr.Lustig.❤❤❤❤
I have recommended my friends, acquaintances, and this video to make them understand he modern Science on Health that reflects the current data.
Dr. It’s great to hear you again. I’m a healthy 77 year old. I started paying attention to my health around 1990 on the Atkins diet. Tremendous success I started to use it because I had debilitating migraines and nobody could fix them. I didn’t know what I was gonna do. I started low carb and I did it 100% no cheating PS, the only way it works. And it shut off my headaches within two weeks of going low carb and I wouldn’t have another headache or even a symptom of a headache until I started cheating on my diet again. Now flash forward to 2022 . I live now in great condition. I always feel good . 👍🏿 🎉
IT IS TIME GROWN UPS GROW UP!!!! STOP THIS DAMN NAME CALLING!!!! AMERICA IS LOOKING LIKE IDIOTS!!!!
Raising taxes only worsens the problem.

Nearly 15 minutes in already, and this guy has said essentially nothing, except to call the Trump team a bunch of Nazis for opposing Obamacare, and letting us know what books he has written. Politics masquerading as science. Skipping ahead, he mentions Trump again, in a snarky tone. What is his obsession with trashing Trump, especially in what is billed as a science lecture? Speaking of Donald Trump, the guy is in fact a positive health role model. At an early age, he learned the tragic lesson of alcoholism from his older brother who succumbed to alcohol. Lived his life alcohol free, drug free, never even smoked. And constantly speaks out against the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Yet this health lecturer is compelled to trash Trump, wherever he can slip in a snarky dig. I guess he has early onset Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)…

Brilliant
Time well spent watching this! He is a saviour for the sick world…
I thank Dr. Lustig for opening my mind to the didrent Theories, paradigms and schematics on the actual mechanism of Metabolic Syndrome.
My bf is a fat healthy person, no issues but high ldl which is actually good for him. He is also keto and works out.
I just love how he is pissed all around at the medical community like we as patients are. This was 6 years ago and I see no change whatsoever unless we take matters of health into our hands.
SUGAR IS POISON
This validates all the findings by Dr. Joel Wallach from Youngevity. Glad I found him 6 years ago. This is a great, life-saving video.

My only problem is this doctor wa t government regulation to solve the problem but it was government regulation that started the problems in the first place.
A calorie is simply a unit of measure. Nothing to do with nutrition. A calorie isn’t just a calorie. We were all being conned by the food industry and the government. Thank you Dr Lustig.
Never fails to amaze me. I'm short, and as soon as I start losing weight my trousers get longer. Has anyone else noticed this amazing phenomena? 🙄
Obesity is directly related to the soft kill assassinations of families with parasitic worm infections. A mole is sent in and paid to infect a family by the DNC because they practice eugenics and can extract lots of healthcare $’s. Parasites crave sugar. Neglected tropical diseases get that name from The American Physicians’ directive ‘don’t see it’ people who obviously have a distended abdomen are not allowed stool cultures or medicine. This neglect is how the medical community in America serves as top-down affirmative action Obamanation of Desolation’s death boards. ‘It’s all in your head, you’re crazy” soon it will be cancer and therefore profitable or the alternative, if you are ‘deplorable’.
preventive not preventative.
