@Annxswift nope. I've installed and uninstalled three times and it still does the same this at the exact same point. I tried to play the Emily in Paris story and it's doing the same after I've customised my character/avatar

@@strydomvernaso sorry, mine did it on phone and I couldn’t figure out how to fix. So I carried on using my iPad and it worked. I think there is a glitch on some of the mobile versions.
