Yes, indeed - what tech you need vs what you need to learn to use. Usage vs aware/skilled is necessary to prevent a repeat of a "sword vs gun" asymmetric warfare. Today the tech is growing fast to put more and more back into poverty and addiction bondage (slavery). The time is for more people to learn and skilled at the tech - and put it to good use or defend against it.
