Hi! My mom has this same spa pack and it's blowing the small fuse (not the larger 20 amp fuse). I have no power to the top side display (I think because the fuse is blowing). Any ideas why? Thx!

How do I troubleshoot a system. I hear clicking noise when I push the button for pump and blower but nothing happens.

I have an LX-25, and it's giving me the iloc error. The manual says to push J6 in until it clicks. Where / what is J6??

When I hit the jet button on my LX-15 control panel the light green light comes on, but the jets do not turn on. The error code -03 flashes. What does that mean?

can anyone identify this piece i found in my hawkeye hot tub., it is a three-quarter inch by half inch wide gray propeller type piece about 3/8 and depth with a metal pin coming out of the bottom. Looks like it spins to divert water.

Hi how do i replace the heating manifold on a lx15 ????

I have the exact same spa pack. I have three pumps in my hot tub. When I turn the spa on I get an error code of FLO, pump 1 flashes, thermostat icon flashes too, with a wrench on my topside display. I have tried everything to get code to go away per the manual and other suggestions by technical support. The only pump that comes on is pump three. Comes on and after a couple of minutes the pump goes off. If I unplug pump three and plug each of the other two pumps in where pump three is supposed to be plugged in, they will come on. But only when plugged into pump three port on the spa pack. My question is, is my spa pack broken or do you have any other recommendations.

Hi a friend of a friend gave me a hot tub that doesn't work the tub its self is fine the blower moter and the bobler work fine there are no cracks in the pipes or anything its just the heater wont heat past 54 degs he said it was probally the mother board or the heater board cause he changed out the heater its self and it still doesn't work I was thinking of just replacing the whole thing and heard about 110 volt things that can plug in to a standard wall outlet what would I need to know to do that?

Can I replace a cracked black PVC locknut (discharge side)? with a 2" split nut? Thanks

I am having the same problem as Steven noted below. After replacing a bad cap on the pump and refilling get an ICE error. The water temp shows "00". I may have damaged a sensor in moving the pump/ Would a bad temp sensor keep the heater from coming on?

Hi. I have a 6 button LX-15 topsider that seems to be bad/worn. My eprom chip says 7.51. Which 6 button Topside do I need? I've only been finding info about the Topside that goes with 5.31 such as your video...what about a topside for 7.51 eprom?

I have a bad system board, 3-60-0051, Rev C with a Rev 1.31 chip. What replacement system would you recommend?

I got 1 original topside controller. So, I would not need the 5.31 chip if the control box was also also an original.

Steven, thanks for your comment. Are you getting any error code on your topside? Is you pump coming on and staying on? You may be having a pressure switch issue. Let me know what's going on with your tub. I'd be glad to help.

So i love the video i have a lx-15 and the heater is not turning on i am not getting any volts to the heating element and the light will come on for a second on the control panel then you hear a click and it shuts off and about every 30 sec or so it will try to turn the heater on again is it the element?
