Sirr,, which is best acc to u Doing Job after B pharmacy or we should go for Masters like if speak in terms of jobs..
Firstly you should choose based on your interest. After that, if you will compare based on package, MBA gives you a good starting salary of >10 LPA. But if you have interest in research, you can go for M.Pharm. After M.Pharm from good colleges like NIPER mohali or ICT, you will get a salary of around 6-8 LPA.
