    How can you tell of the reflex is integrated? How long does this need to be done?

    Does the fear paralysis reflex need to be integrated before moving on to the Moro reflex?

      D.O. here, yes, it needs, but you can do both at the same time.

    For many people with FPR doing this number of movements with so repetitions is likely to cause overwhelm and confusion. Some children (and adults) can only cope with one movement done once and perhaps only every 2 or three days. I know that the intention here is to give some ideas about how to move out of the underlying habitual reflex freeze reaction - which is different to flight, fight, freeze trauma reaction. However it is not safe to present it as a sequence that needs to be completed as an entirety. Please issue a precaution with this work.

    I tried this first time when I slept very deep and I can't move. Is it mean that I need do many time and integrate?

    • @brainbrighttherapy6602

      Unfortunately, we are unable to answer this without a neurological assessment. It could mean keep doing OR it could mean it was too much for your system. If you have headaches, dizziness, anxiety, or worsening symptoms it could mean stop doing the exercise. Hope this helps you decide! If you do have worsening symptoms, you may also want to find a CNSI trained provider.

      It depends on the nervous system. We need to also treat the reason why the system is in Fight/flight/FREEZE - often related to the vestibular system. We use CNSI techniques. Typically we do a reflex exercise daily (2-3x daily preferably) for 30-45 days. Hope this helps!

      But you wouldn’t do ALL these pre birth movements daily - that would be far too much for most nervous systems. Also this video could do with a caution on it - I’m only here because a parent contacted me to say they had been using your videos to do DIY reflex integration and her child is now in a far worse state than when he started. So I agree with RMTI above - you need to issue a caution with this video.

    For what purpose is this exercise ma'am?

    • @aaabbb7687

    • @brainbrighttherapy6602
      @brainbrighttherapy6602 Рік тому

      We use the exercise to activate parasympathetic (rest/digest) system and reduce sympathetic (Fight/Flight/Freeze) symptoms, such as lashing out/over-reactive, shutdown/avoidance of tasks, anxiety, and more

    Hi, May I know how many minutes should each exercise be done?

    • @brainbrighttherapy6602
      @brainbrighttherapy6602 3 роки тому

      Hi Vic, it depends on the exercise and the client. However, the end goal is for 60 seconds, typically 30 reps. If this is being done with a child, that may be too high of an expectation. Hope this helps!

    • @vicsy6888
      @vicsy6888 3 роки тому

      @@brainbrighttherapy6602 Hi, Sorry Do you mean 60 secs = 30 reps? or is it 60 secs x 30 reps ?

    • @brainbrighttherapy6602
      @brainbrighttherapy6602 Рік тому

      60 sec is the amount of time we hope to reach. The amount of reps changes depending on the speed/tempo of the rocking.
