Приєднався 27 чер 2018
Founded in 1978, the Downriver Council for the Arts (DCA) is a regional non-profit 501(c)(3) arts and cultural organization that proudly serves nearly 400,000 residents in 21 Downriver communities. We operate out of the James R. DeSana Center for Arts and Culture, a three-story, 20,000 SF historic building located in downtown Wyandotte. The DCA's mission is to enrich the quality of life in the Downriver communities by advocating and promoting the arts and providing opportunities for involvement and participation in arts and cultural activities. We actively support local artists. The DCA creates regional partnerships with other cultural organizations, schools and service clubs to promote artistic, cultural and special events throughout Southeast Michigan. We hold these activities in our Arts Center and by operating in the various cities we serve.

Thanks for sharing 😊
This was an amazing project. We will forever be grateful to the DCA for their time, commitment and creativity in making this project not just an event but an idea with strength behind it to continue to evolve in our community and others.
Elroy I love to listen to you talk about inspiration. I've seen your work and you are excellent at it. I agree with you on the negative talk when it comes to artists. We can't shut down our imagination and inner visions. I look at all the successful locals, famous and well known artists from the past and present and I'm sure they heard all the discouraging words. I truly believe no matter what media you are in, somewhere out there is a home for all of our art to be placed in and appreciated. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
I am so glad to be part of the downriver art community! Our thanks to Tim for sharing your art with us! Myself and the people in my household look forward to participating in creative endeavors with you and with the DR council 4the Arts!
Hi has the right suggestions and nice art works. Thanks
I wish I would have been told this a an earlier age. Great presentation, I’ll start now. Thanks
What a great presentation. I wish someone like that would have told me this when I was younger. I’ll draft now.
