@@AY-qy4jn yes! I think the jubilee bracelet is the most flashy, but then again, the blue dial and use of yellow gold aren't particularly subtle. Personally I prefer the bluesy; I prefer the sub, the sub-burst dial, and the oyster bracelet, and glidelock.

@@XrpCopper there are only two tiny bits of polished metal, are on the shoulders of the crown guard. It's a very subdued Rolex, the most stealthy. It's different in many ways from the sub, and other than the oyster bracelet design, and easy link clasp has little to do with the Daytona. The numbers on the all black bezel are polished as well. The metal is darker than steel, the dial is matt black, and it's significantly lighter on wrist. Hope that helps.

@ it really does I I would really like to get one and I’m not a flashy person and I would like to have one that is very subtle really that I only know is nice because it’s not for anyone else. It’s for me at least that’s how I feel about what I feel like it’s a personal decision that is for you and if you’re getting it for the flash, you’re getting it for the wrong reasons I really enjoyed your review.

@ the thing about Rolex, you can spot a Rolex a mile away, the bracelets are so obvious. As far as Rolex goes, it's as subtle as you can buy on a bracelet without buying oysterflex. I hope you get one, if you are chasing it. Thanks for your thoughtful comments.

@@JJL206 You're right., the bezel is not particularly clear in low lighting. Where it's particularly legible, is the dial, the markers are bigger, and the hands broader. Regarding the two AD's, they're lying to you, they've definitely had them, probably quite a few. Albeit, it is still rare. Enjoy your Omega, probably a better tool watch.

@@2GoodLookin all watches get scratched up, it's unavoidable, and I prefer oyster, but my favourite is probably the president, I find the jubilee to be too shiney. Everrose is great on certain watches, but I do prefer yellow, overall. I love this hobby as everyone's opinion differs.

You'll probably have to buy precious metal watches, but in time, the price and demand might drop to a level you can buy it from your AD without jumping through those hoops, like the other Yachtmaster watches. Quite right. The strap for both watches are garbage. I have the moon moonswatch and don't were it, ever. This Blancpain i have worn a little more than never, but not very much. I definitely prefer it over the moonswatch. Go, buy one, treat yourself.

I might buy an omega speedy moonphase with the blue leather strap and dial. I didn't even know I wanted the yachtmaster until I was wearing it a couple of days after buying it.

@@watch_dials 100% agree, I am just starting my journey with my ad, after now having my dj41 Wimbledon from them and am always treated well when I go in only every talk about watches none of the “this jewellery will get your spend up etc” so I feel that I have a great ad at Mapplin and Webb

Nobody knows. I believe all the watches we hold dear will fall out of fashion one day. But today, I love them for a multitude of reasons. Sounds like you have a great OP collection, almost all the bangers, you NEED the coral 😂

@@watch_dials I already went to my apple local store, I consulted to the genius bar. Already have talked to one of the 'geniuses' and I'm getting the jet-black instead. Either that or go back to the stainless steel variants; at least the SS silver is better than titanium
