Having been in Ventnor yesterday, I was shocked at how run down the town centre now is. The coast line remains beautiful but shops etc in serious decline. So sad to see.

I currently use DJI MAVERICK UNDER 35 G, unfortunately I just don’t use it enough, what kind of flight time do you get with your battery? I get about 15 minutes with mine. Do you get longer?

Gosh wish I was there now😢. Yes I totally agree with you. There used to be several cafes along there . The one opposite the pottery. Next to the pottery and the one you showed. Also more recent the one that was up the wooden steps at the start of the walk to wheelers

It's a lovely spot, although we've only visited that part of Bonchurch once, mainly as the "Private Road" signs made me think we were kind of trespassing lol......particularly as, just as when you visited, we were the only people around!

Great video, brought back some happy memories. I grew up in upper Ventnor so know the route you traveled well. Seem to remember the top of the Shute, where the ground has sunk used to be the playground. Thanks for the video

in the house opposite St Katherines (at 11.57) lived the organist of St Boniface in the early 50s, Miss Williams.

The old red telephone box where i use to make many calls to the mainland, I put loads of 10p in that telephone box 😂, i still miss the Rex Cinema and the Rose Inn, Ventnor Pier and the Gaiety 😢

Thankfully there aren't many blk people there.
