Awesome I must say. I remember long ago when I was yet still.a young man and a huge fan of REH I would read every story of his could lay hands on. This particular tale was adapted in the comic The Savage Sword of Conan. I had a huge collection of that one and of Conan The Barbarian. I also had all 12 volumes of The Probable Outline of Conan's Career as well as several volumes of Howard's longer stories such as Red Nails, The Treasure of Tranicos and Hour of The Dragon. I truly wish I still had them. I'm so glad I've found your channel and can in a way relive my youth. Thank you audiobooky.

It's so awesome hearing the stories I enjoyed so much in my youth. I used to have the entire 12 volume series of The Probable Outline of Conan's Career edited by Lin Carter and L.Sprague deCamp. I was born and raised in North Central British Columbia and even now in memory I can smell the forest and hear the flowing water of the rivers.

I read it as a child. How I wish some producers decided to make a true Conan movie franchise.
