What is the background music ?

I have reset my Laptop (Came with Pre-Installed Microsoft lifetime), but the Microsoft Office isn't activated, showing unlicensed product, used the same Microsoft Account which I first used after purchasing the laptop and in service and subscription section there is no any product purchased detail, in the laptop box there is Microsoft Product Key - 16 digit (no alphabet), can you help and guide me how to activate my Microsoft Office (Before Resetting the pc, Microsoft was working and showing licensed product and was working with same microsoft id)
