I've been following Jitsover50 since its beginning I think. Re: Being submitted by large white belt - thank you for sharing this. I'm an older, smaller blue belt, and sometimes brand new much younger, larger white belts come in and make me work very hard or submitting me. Doesn't help if their first class teaches how to setup a submission from knee-0n-belly or side control, heh.

True story. I think that if you can start with the end in mind. One I feel like in your brain if you work backwards you have a better chance of hitting more of the detail and if you can go from back to you can then go front to back much easier. If that all makes sense.
