When Your Orgo Score Comes Out as a Pre-Med
Переглядів 231Рік тому
We had those instances in a pre-med class, such as Orgo, when your exam results come out, and you now have to face your classmates to tell them what you got. You do bad and it seems to get worse as the professor relists his expectations for the class. This is typically how it went for me.

How to Plan Out College Classes [2021]
Congratulations! Any tips for scholarships in undergrad?
Thank you! In terms of getting scholarships in undergrad, I would try and look into your pre-health office for local scholarships. Most likely, those scholarships will be open to a small pool of people, which should increase your chances. In terms of writing, definitely include ancedotes and have a lesson on what you learned from those experiences.
Congrats!
Thank you for the wishes!!
Congrats man! keep it up!!
Thank you man! Best of luck on Step 1 this year!!
Congrats on passing your first semester of med school. You still have three more semesters of didactic and if you can apply your new studying and learning techniques gained from your first semester, you will be a rockstar med student. Keep the vlogs coming!
Thank you for the insightful comment! I really appreciate it!!🙏
You have to post more! lol Im tuned in
Yea, med school has been quite busy these past few weeks lol. I will try to make at least one or two more vlogs before the semester ends!
@ I definitely understand! Take your time. You’re doing amazing so proud of you, very inspiring!
🔥🔥
Brazilian greeting🌄
Solid bro
Thank you bro!!
What specialty are you interested in?
Currently, I am interested in PM&R with a sports medicine fellowship. But, I am also open to Diagnostic Radiology, Internal Med (Cardio or Endocrine as fellowships), Ortho, and Psych!
Keep it up my man. You got this
Thank you man! Much appreciated :)
Congrats on passing your quiz and exam. Keep up the good work. Big inspiration.
Thank you my guy! Much appreciated!!
Yes yes 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Good luck, future doctor. My son got accepted in this cycle too.
Thank you for the kind words! And congrats to your son on getting accepted, that's amazing!
Rooting you onward. Every day, push harder and harder till the ceiling breaks and you're catapulted to your destiny. Believe in the unbelievable.
Thank you man!!
Congrats! If someone wants to apply to Toledo but they don’t have any connections to the area should they even bother applying? I really like the program but on the secondary it asks if I have any connections to the area, is it ok to leave it blank?
I would say they accept students that are out of state and don't have ties to the Toledo area. So, if you resonate with their mission statement and values, then defintely apply! You can leave it blank if it doesn't have a red asterisk for that question!
You're too old for medical school buddy. Get a job
2:00 ....bro u need to trim your nails lol
Lol yea, I need to find my nail clipper 🤣
tip.... it's "would/should HAVE," not "would/should OF"
Tip to u…. It would behoove you to clean out your ears. Dialect is a mutha….
Awesome video! Stay consistent bro 👊
I will try as much as I can 😅
Weekly vlog please
I second this
I agree as well
The people have spoken! 🤝

Thank you!! Much appreciated! 🙏
Keep it up my man!! The regular video uploads are an inspiration too
Thank you man! I glad it's inspiring you!
Great.
Thanks for sharing
No problem :)
crazy to see how all it takes is 1
I know right. Honestly feel fortunate each day :)
Congrats! 🫡 hoping to apply next cycle
Thank you man! Best of luck next year! Let me know if you have any questions.
congrats, I feel like you could've applied to more top-tier schools even with a 507. is there a reason you didnt?
My highest score attempt was in the low 500s (503). My CARs score would of most likely been screened out by the higher tier schools. That was why I sticked to mid and lower tier schools. But you never know at the end of the day.
Congrats!!! What were your ECs?
In summary, here are my ECs: 1000 hrs research, 1800 hrs clinical experience, 400 hrs non-clinical volunteering, 100 hrs shadowing, 4 years in club sports team, a few leadership roles, non clinical jobs as Exercise Physiologist, STEM & PE Teacher
congrats man 🎉
Thank you man! Really appreciate it!
