Hey, I wanted to recommend the books of author Dr. Henry Cloud, phd. He is a clinical psychologist, who writes about how to make businesses more efficient. In particular, he uses psychological concepts to address problems that business leaders experience. For example, if a business leader can't say "no" and set boundaries with their employees, he provides interventions. His book "Boundaries For Leaders" is an excellent book for you to read. He and his business partner, Dr. John Townsend, have written many books which discuss boundaries, and how to set boundaries with parents, friends, spouses, bosses, coworkers. You should also check out a book named The One Life Solution. This book talks about how to set boundaries. Let me know what you think. Best of luck.

I think parents too don't know how to potray themselves in front of their kids bcoz they are not born as parents..so as their kids we need to understand that they are not always right but their intentions are always right. (Exc. Those toxic parents who dont have right to be called as parent) Also everyone out there seeing this comment dont hesitate to share things or speak for urself because a little effort from ur side can bring a significant impact to your life.. Hey sis!❤ I am a high school student (sophomore)in India.. Some of the things u told in the video kinda similar to my experience.. I think people who don't have the mindset to blend with other person(red flag🚩).. They suffer the most.. We sometimes feel we are wrong or we are not doing what the world wants us to do but later on like as I realized, this year that being alone is not bad.. Its just u are enough for urself..
