In this video, Lancaster's on call pump turns out to an incident. This video was filmed the same day it was uploaded. Sorry about the audio. My phone (which I use to film with) had been in a wet bag all day, because it had rained. I had no other pockets to put it in. I'm guessing the water soaked it's way through, because it was at the back of my bag. Anyway, I'm getting it fixed tomorrow.

That's not a weird siren, All emergency vehicles use this type of Emergency Siren in some type of form.
