Nah, the only good experience with Doom, is on a computer. On the Jaguar they didn't want to pay the music composer royalties so there is absolutely no music in the game. It's the closest port you can get to the PC version, but the music is the best part and it's not present. Angry videogame nerd has a whole episode on all the Doom ports and they're all shit compared to the PC version.

Good vid m8 with some good information in it, you never said if tgey were Canadian or US titles so not sure which is more expensive. I know the Canadian are more common to find in most cases but maybe you could elaborate in any upcoming vids. I have same problem here as Wiki just calls Pal region , pal games whether its from UJ or Germany which is so frustrating at times because European titles are much more commmoner and cheaper than the UK titles and it is a problem when collecting that the people on UA-cam don't show the region side just front and back cover

It wasn’t underrated at all, the Jaguar had a pretty awful library overall with few gems like Alien Vs Predator or Tempest 2000. It has an interesting look, that’s about it.

I have nearly 70 Dreamcast games but sadly I'm missing most of these. I still have MVC2 and Mars Matrix. I had Illbleed, Gigawing 2, and Power Stone 2 and sold them years ago. Dang. The only game I really wish I had bought back then was Cannon Spike. I didn't even know about it and I love it so much now.

Ah, I wondered if the Goldstar (and perhaps Sanyo) versions of the 3DO has some issues, as I originally had an FZ-10 several years back, which doesn't play particular 3DO games--I remember buying Quarantine and being really disappointed it didn't load. Today, I have a FZ-1 modded with a ODE which also doesn't load certain ROM files and also an original spec FZ-10. It's a bit of a fail to have a game console that doesn't load games at all or properly. Saying that, the PS1 actually crashed playing a very late on budget game called Cindy's Fashion World, so it was pulled from shelves and it make this sucky girly game the most rare and valuable PAL PS1 game now! £1700 to buy currently. On a related note, Crystal Dynamics's "Total Eclipse" on 3DO was ported to PlayStation, but because the PS1 processor was more powerful, the game ran so fast it's practically unplayable and the publishers had the audacity to release it anyway, just called it Total Eclipse "Turbo!"
