I put one of these on my 762x39 AR-15 m4 carbine it work very well for muzzle rise and recoil but damn it the blast coming in your face actually got gas in my eye forgot to put my glasses on if you don't have safety glasses this thing will make you rub your eyes afterwards and that takes away from a time from second shot and you can't see through your scope instantly after taking a shotbut it works well for muzzle rise One of those things you sacrifice with blowback in your face to mitigate recoil and muzzle rise I think I'm going to put my factory flash guard back on there for hunting

I got caught up with trying to grab the bottom edge of my shirt. Then obviously I realized I can grab a bundle from the middle and still be able to expose my appendix carry. Practice is definitely key.

I put one on my Aero Precision M5 build and love it. Will definitely put one on the M4 build I just started. For those who don't know about brakes, be advised you absolutely don't want to shoot one of these without hearing protection!!

Will not have exit hole on 243 with this ammo on decent buck. But Jesus everything in chest blows back out ENTRANCE hole. Huge spray comes out. Bucks go about 45 yds and have trouble doing that.

One aspect of the 110 High Country that I didn't pick up in your review is that the barreled action - receiver and barrel - is stainless steel, and it is button rifled. A lot of 110s are not SS. I like that the bolt and barrel are fluted. Also a fairly heavy contour that helps with accuracy and prevents the barrel from heating up so quickly. The coating is harder and more durable than Cerakote. Good review, though, and good luck with it. I am working to pick up this model chambered in 6.5cm.

After the sixth unconfirmed i would have dropped a cardboard cut out behind it and confirmed my placement. Ammo is still too pricey.
