Nice
0:55 "I Don't know why you would get a HE keeb and use Magnetic Switches." why wouldn't you use HE switches with an HE keeb? 🤣🤣
Meant to say mechanical obviously - wouldn't make sense to use those if you have HE capability 🤷
@@SkyCapGG yeah i know
yay a new gmmk keeb! \o/
Sounds solid!
Thanks! I think it's great for a makeshift setup on the go, and sounds solid in any application
❤
Appreciate the love Iph! 🤝
thanks for this super useful comparison video
Glad it helps - thank you! 🙏
@@SkyCapGGI like how low profile ace HFX when compared to others… but in the end decided to buy usual Azoth in white. Because I like placement of buttons there and how it looks.
@@SkyCapGG Also I dislike that glossy panel at the top which is dust and finger print magnet. Also it may have reflection of the monitor.( have you experienced that?)
Not particularly. I can see how it would attract fingerprints, though wouldn't be noticeable when it's in use due to the lighting (the whole bar is backlit). I don't notice it one way or the other while gaming though, just the backlit aspect.
That sounds awesome.. I wish the hfx had a white option! 🤩
Thank you. I'm really happy about buying the Razer Viper V3 instead of the Alienware Pro with 1-day delivery. The specs already read way better on the Razer (35k DPI vs. 26k DPI, 4/8k polling wireless vs. 4k polling/8k wired, 54g vs. 60g). The thing is, I've never had anything from Alienware before, so it seems like I shouldn't really want to.
The VV3 is an excellent mouse! Great shape and sensor.
Hey men just wanna ask does g75 8khz polling really works
It has 8k scan rate, though the polling rate is 1k. I don't have any performance measurement tools, though haven't found this to be a hindrance vs boards with 8k polling. At present I currently have 3 8k boards (ROG, NuPhy, MelGeek) and 2 1k boards (DD G75 and Wooting). IMO it comes down to switch preference and build preference, with some consideration for software interface as well.
@@SkyCapGG what you recommend If you have 130 dollars
@@silverstone.2 MelGeek Made68 Pro is on kickstarter for $130 + shipping. If the extra shipping exceeds the budget, the DD G75 would be my go-to at that price point ($110 plus shipping)
못생긴 우팅80he를 버리고 asus 를 선택했습니다 나에 선택이 틀리지 않았길 바랍니다
I hope so! I've been enjoying mine for sure. Very impressed with the build quality and performance
Talked to glorious support, and they said this kb doesn't have SOCD/Snap Tap. So...Why TF would you get this over any random 100$ gaming kb? I'm so pissed! Seems not even the top of the like GMMK 3 Pro HE wireless supports it. 209$ in my country for the 3 he 65% and its a joke. Commonly accessible boards like the Apex pro TKL Gen 3 (but also TKL 2023). Razer huntsman V3 pro line, Blackwidow V4 Pro line have both rapid trigger and snap tap. Cheap aliexpress kbs like drunkdeer have it. Wooting 60he and 80he have pioneered it, and both are the same price as this gmmk 3 he. The only thing I hate is that the wooting doent have volume knob/scroll. If anyone wants this 3he for the fps tech, dont bother. Get a wooting or an apex pro. Im currently deciding, if the volume scroll and play/stop button on the apex pro tkl is worth more to me than the wooting 80he capabilities.
I also ordered the 3 he BEFORE I learned it only has rapid trigger and not snap tap. Cancelled order yesterday. also, seems the whole glorious company is woke af. Just look their ads, webpage and just basic vibe. Worthless overpriced garbage!
A Q for the people reading this: do you think SOCD will come soon with an update?
gamakay has a budget 75 and has socd with update and its on sale for 89 bucks. plenty of room to upgrade and mod, not sure on the material of the case though.
In my country, unless I want to go thru aliexpress, which I don't, the other š boards are app 200$, and the new GMMK 3 HE is 209$ rn. The GMMK 3 HE has rapid trigger, arrow keys, volume knob, backlit legends. The G75 has no knob or wheel, non backlit legends, and a cheap build. The apex has keys that don't sound as good, neither does the pre-2024 apex. Only the Gen 3 (2024) have the better sounding keys. I think the 3 HE is a good buy, especially if you don't want to custom build and are just an out of the box player who wants to shoot FPS games. I could get a Drunkdeer G75 today for 115$, but its just that bad outside of gaming.
As a gamer, if you had to, which you you buy...a 180$ fully modded gmmk pro with akko v3 yellow pro durock v2 stabs, all foams and mods. Or a 220$ gmmk 3 he (plastic), or a 100$ g75 like this one in white. I can chose only these 3 for gaming.
G75 hands down
@@SkyCapGG On another video, I commented the GMMK3HE is better, because it has arrows, knob, rapid trigger, backlit legends and is in black. G75 lacks most of that. But on the longer video, you said 3HE lacks SOCD? Wut?
also has arrows, rt, and a black option, as well as socd. GMMK3HE did not have socd at the time of my purchase and review. 8K polling didn't even work OOB until an update weeks after release. The switches are also better on the G75. Idc about a knob, that isn't why I buy an HE board. Price to performance, it isn't even close. Some might prefer Glorious features and that's fine, but definitely a waste of $ compared to the competition.
Maybe take a look at the Turtle Beach Vulkan 2 TKL Pro? No key wobble + HE Gateron KS-37B switches. Price around 150$. Very few actually reviewed that keeb sadly.
I may have to look into alternatives for boards with that switch compatibility. I was not a fan of the KS-37B on the EGG KB65HE. I'll take a look at the TB, didn't realize they dropped one as well!
Heyooooo Skycappppp
😎
Btw they say 8k polling but won't disclose the scan rate. It's more than likely fake 8k. The switches look like they're made by Oetemu who already sells tactile and clicky HE switches. They are terrible and feel really bad so I bet they are the OEM. I have no idea why glorious used such bad switches at the price point. Btw can you test their switches in a wooting? Is their polarity the same? I would be interested in trying their lynx silents in it if they work.
You are probably spot on about the scan rate, I would not be surprised at all. According to u/Aztaloth on Reddit: "These share polarity with the Gateron Double rail magnetic switches used in Keychron boards" and they have used the switches on both boards interchangeably, so that would be your best frame of reference for switch compatibility. Very disappointing about the choice of the red switch, especially at this price point, and when the Lynx switches are far superior. IMO the Keychron boards are overpriced as well, so I can't say if it would be worth using the Glorious switches in another board. I have had a great experience with Gateron magnetic switches in other boards (Wooting and Polar65), and am looking forward to swapping out for Jade Maxes in the Apex Pro Mini when those arrive.
@@SkyCapGG Do you have a wooting on hand to test with? That doesn't make a lot of sense because oetemu doesn't have other switches that match the polarity of the KeyChron, and the magnet orientation is up/down not sideways like the Keychron to make this possible.
@@sharkosaurfps Unfortunately no, I sold my 60HE a few months back. I do have a link to the OP that shares they were compatible. www.reddit.com/r/glorious/comments/1fffs4y/24_hours_with_the_gmmk_3_pro_he_a_mini_review_the/ I believe these switches were made specifically for Glorious, so I am not sure if it is indeed Oetemu that is the OEM. I actually use the HE Board Sheet v2 google sheet (Which I believe is yours?) as my first stop for info on switch compatibility and OEMs, though didn't find these on there, or at least as any reference to Glorious. I do see Oetemu listed as the switch for several other brands (MonsGeek, Keydous, Yunzii) whose compatibility does not appear to be referenced on any of the switches on Gateron's site.
Great comparison video!
🙏 Thank you!

Hey nice video , do you recommend drunkdeer for a budget Hall effect keyboard? . Thanks
For a budget pick, absolutely. The stock switches are Raesha and well-constructed. They feel much better than the Glorious Fox switches on the GMMK 3 HE, on par with the Gateron KS-20s in the SS Apex Pro Mini, and cost less than both. The SOCD works great ("Last Win" mode) and the typing experience is pleasant. Hard to beat at the $110 price point for sure.
@@SkyCapGG thanks for the reply
@@YA55H 💯
I've deducted that if there is no Wooting 60HE then it means HFX cannot be as good.
? I previously had a Wooting HE for two years. The Lekker switches are meh. Gateron Jades were a nice upgrade. The web interface is its best feature TBH
Awesome comparison!
Thank you! 🙏
Damn that sounds clean!
I really like this board so far!
“boomer ass reflexes” like you weren’t going crazy 🤣
Stg I'm cooked 😆
I love gpxs, but i want only Zowie u2
Zowie u2 is an absolutely phenomenal mouse! Definitely tops the gpx IMO
Nice comparison, the ASUS switches are a raesha v1 recolor, same as drunkdeer but since they have their own housings they seem to have better tolerances which is nice! It also means silent raesha switches are possible to use in it
That's good to know! I appreciate you dropping the knowledge. The ASUS housings really do make a nice difference in the feel

Previous models Alienware mouse looked like something fantastic! I talk about AW959, AW310M, AW620M. This look like default modern mouse from China! :-(
It's a tried and tested shape..For better or for worse, the GPX shape (including clones like this) is one of the most popular mouse shapes to date. The color scheme definitely leaves something to be desired. Would be nice to see variants that match the rest of their current gaming lineup. Good call out!
Man I came so late to these... I newb and bought this full price now it's like 60$ off and I curious you ever make a new review on this...?
Not a full review, just this short. With the update they pushed, this mouse works to its full potential which is pretty solid. At $60 off the original price, that is a very fair deal for sure.
How the hell does his wooting sound so good😊😊😊
Is za13 can good for fingertip?
I think it might be a bit too heavy for ftip, unless you have a preference for additional weight (around 76g). I believe a lighter ZA-13 wireless is due within the next 6-12 months according to rumors, which might be worth the wait.
Is the sensor very good ??
Yes, top tier quality for sure!
this video is amazing. I really enjoyed it! This is exactly what I wanted to see. A real breakdown of this mouse. Alienware is awful!
Thank you! While I was initially disappointed with this mouse, the team that developed it was surprisingly responsive to my criticisms and connected with me to discuss how they improved some of the shortcomings, particularly the connectivity. While there are certainly better options at this price point, I do appreciate their willingness to receive and act on feedback - this is something that other popular brands would never do. I definitely give them credit where it is due for that!
Which one is better bro
They are both mid..Battle worn looks cooler and if you like more weight in a mouse, I'd go with that. The M2 costs significantly less and is definitely the better value of the two
Nice vid
Thank you! 🙏
This is just hilariously cringe Alienware hate all over the comment section when in reality they make a lot of great stuff. But Dell = bad !
What the different between the regular one and this atomic? Is there any different?
From the OG yes; otherwise, internals and shape are the same as the updated Huano switch edition.
@@SkyCapGG sorry cant quite understand, so theres a different, they update the switch with huano? And just that? What switch the OG used then? Sorry i'm asking too much, want to buy but cant decide which one, the OG or atomic
@@afnirestianaputrid6091 Yes, the OG Aria used Kailh switches on M1 & M2. They updated it to Huano BPSDs based on popular request. The atomic version is just a themed outer shell based on the Game Boy Color from back in the day. Hope that helps! 😎
@@SkyCapGG what do u think? Is it better? Which one do u think i should buy?
@@afnirestianaputrid6091 I'd go with the atomic just for the extras (glass skates, changeable shells, BPSDs)
Do you plan on reviewing the razer viper v3 pro?
I may not be able to do a full in-depth look, but might be able to swing a quick take sometime soon.. I've been enjoying it so far! Have you tried it, or is it one you're considering?
@@SkyCapGG no i was just deciding between the v3 pro or the op1 8k as my new mouse. Moving on from the gpx 1. Which would you choose?
@@BrianZ-kv8zs vv3p is similar to gpx with a more refined and grippable shape. OP1 8K is way better value, love the swappable switches, and better overall size for my hand (18.5x9.5cm). For my money I'd go OP1 8K, but you can't go wrong either way, they're both great
Thhanks
This mouse has some of the best clicks i have ever tried, and that is coming from someone who owns 50+ mice

Agreed! The switch implementation here is one of my favorites..so satisfying!

@@mikerzisu9508 They say soon based on this tweet, though they've been pretty AFK recently from what I have seen twitter.com/ninjutso_ninjas/status/1786779152651288969
Did it come with grips?
No grips included unfortunately
that looks so good for 40 bucks! Also can you compare it to the attack shark x3, I have been trying to find out which one is better. Keep up the good work you could be the next boardzy soon!
Thank you for the kind words! I will have to take a look at the attack shark, haven't had a chance yet!
Just got the X3 Pro in. Haven't used in-game yet, but the shape is much more comfortable. Noticeably shorter and thinner, with more aggressive side contours. Will let you know about performance in a couple of days
@@SkyCapGG nice
@@OG_Rapid Just got the R3 today - shape wise, this is much closer to a GPX mini than the X3. Side flares and hump positioning in a smaller size
@@SkyCapGG whats the r3?
Did they fix/remove the exposed tape on the battery? it worries me it could accumulate deadskin/hairs
They did on the most recent batches. LGG (I think) has a cover for batch 1s that helps alleviate that issue
Oh I see that's good to hear, thanks for the response, appreciate it
