Could you explain how you would help someone by using this approach
Not sure what you mean by this but simple example would be that you tell a youth their rights in a certain situation. Through communication you also make it clear to them that they can have their needs met through these rights, as organisations/the gov are accountable in fulfilling these rights. This comment is 2 years later so feel free to correct me if you have better knowledge as I've just learnt about it
