Nice find! A few months ago I got a free original from Marketplace although it’s a white 5 blade from 1998. Finding a free original with all of the mounting hardware is also next to impossible so you got lucky with that one!

An indoor rated fan OUTSIDE is bad because the air and moisture can make the blades sag, scrape, etc

I don't think it's Quorum. I had never seen Quorum like this before, and Quorum around that time were usually made by Halsey with a detachable switch housing and this one does not have a detachable switch housing.
