Actually, you’re doing it right, warm water to wash and cold water to rinse! The warm water opens up the cuticle to allow the shampoo to get it and cold water closes it to seal in the moisture from the conditioner. ❤

The video you did before to show us how it’s done wasn’t too detailed. Can you do a video showing in detail a bit slower ( in the last video the way she braided was speed up). I know you explained it here where the braids stopped. But a visual would be good. Also how much hair (curly hair was used in each braid. PLEASE!!! Bc I tried this style and it looked so stringy (like a wet dog) bc I didn’t realize until I got to the other half of my head I could use more curly hair but couldn’t figure out the right amount. Your hair is sooo beautiful!!!❤❤❤

Good video. My I advice you to wear a light colored shirt the next time you do a length check so we can see your hair better. I'm currently wearing a two months old hairstyle with my natural hair in a bun for two months straight. I can't wait to take it down tomorrow Iol

Your actually supposed to start and the top then pull it down slowly.

I pre-poo the night before with a silicone serum that has coconut oil in it. I do this to de shed my hair prior to washing + to protect my hair strands from the shampoo and water. This could be skipped as it's not a necessity but I like doing it and it's beneficial. My wash routine doesn't take hours so I don't mind doing this on top of it.
