Thanks for making this video. I learned a lot. I was also laughing at your frustration. It made the video more fun. that stripped screw made it 10 times worse.

Now I remember. Those things are hard as hell to unscrew . But I'ma have a crack at it . Tomorrow . And see if this fixes the issue . Cause I can unplug it and it will start but have to plug it right back up or won't run right
There is glue in that plastic piece threads, so it's hard to open and can crack when you force it. Did you unplug whole choke or just a cable?
@jusubbidiy just the plug I didn't take it all way out of the carb

It's wonderful. You are truly amazing and an expert in electronic engineering. Unfortunately it's not clear which parts you added and that's why I couldn't repair the device.

Maybe need to glue or loctite the plastic on the bolt threads? Very good tutorial
If you want, you can glue nut to plastic, but not in the threads. To use this manual choke, you need to screw that bolt 😊

To avoid unthreading the bolt out of the plunger holder
So you can't accidentally screw the bolt all the way out

Not so big ones, you have to use an other tool first. Log splitter/hydraulic splitter for example. 😉 Relatively thin wooden boards can be split perfectly to make kindling safely and quickly. However, I don't have enough information to properly configure and adjust them for the motorcycle. It would be very useful if you could provide me with some more advanced documentation than what is available online.
You should google: endless-sphere + Votol EM-100 & EM-150 controllers, there is lot of information about these controllers.

My 1995 W140 S600L vehicle indicates a problem as LH resistance trimming plug on the diagnostic device, but we do not know what it is, I changed the ignition coil, spark plug cable, spark plug air flow meter, my vehicle is still very difficult to start and does not exceed 3,000 rpm. There is a very bad smell of unburned raw fuel. Can you help me?

If coils was shorted, then it may burn fets inside of PMS. Also bosch pms has problems with burning fets. Siemens should work fine. Check cable insulations from loom.
This is not a good way to figure out the optimal hall angle.

Hi, my v230 with m111 engine was having an issue oil and coolant mix. but i prefer to change the head gasket.. and it turns out that my timing also miss alignment.
Sorry to hear that. I also have problems with PMS and next I'm gonna replace crank position sensor.

@@mkwiipro5912 there was contact error with trimming plug, so I opened PMS and that was mistake.. there is aluminum wires and those are very hard to solder. now I have to bypass fuel pump and gas fumes solenoid to make it run. also problems with immobilizer..

Hi, I'm using a 48v vevor 2000w mount motor (my1020). SO the settings I see you got, they well for you I presume. I'm gonna try copy them because I'm lost wit mine. Maybe this will get me closer on track.

If you don't know your motor hall angle, with this process you can find it out.

Siis se plugi on käytännössä vaan vastusarvo, mitä muuttamalla saa PMS:n toimimaan eri tavoilla. En ole purkanut plugia, mutta todennäköisesti siellä on vain vastus sisällä.

This is my story: my car has issue with idle problem, car stalls, etc. a week ago, i was going to mercedes garage near my house and they try to adjust the THROTTLE IDLE SCREW but it dosent make the car works better. untill finally they put another v230 throttle body (from a normal working car) to my v230. after installation, the car still not running smooth enough and they adjust the THROTTLE IDLE SCREW again but still not solving the problem. when i change the transmission lever to D or R, the transmission shift very harsh and stuck on 3rd gear. and it turns out that my PMS decide to put the car into emergency mode or "limp mode" because of unmeasure throttle adjusment. and i tell them to put my old throttle body back. but it turns out that my car still shift harsh and stuck on 3rd gear. because automatic transmission on v230 are collaborate with PMS. so when throttle body settings are not in precise position, the PMS turn into limp mode and my gear shifting very harsh. i try to reset the PMS by removing battery for 12 hours but limp mode still going. please note the transmission shifting harsh not about high idle, because the idle only 800 rpm. im 80% sure this is just messed up throttle settings and make the car going to limp mode. Now i want to adjust the throttle screw back to normal, eventho my idle still stalling sometimes, but at least my transmission back to normal. Can you advice me to adjust throttle screw? Maybe with multimeter? Sorry for long story, but i really need help. Thanks
@@mkwiipro5912 Hello, I had problem with Idle but it caused by loose solder inside pms (which was caused by me when I opened it). Then PMS doesn't have info from Idle swith. You should check Idle switch.

@@mkwiipro5912 for Idle speed switch: If you have manual transmission and when you do motor braking (change gear lower in speed) it does almost nothing. PMS doesn't know that you don't push throttle and it still feeds Fuel to engine. If you want diagnostic your PMS, I recommed to Google hfm scan. It's pretty cheap program and you can read and clear errors for free. Live data needs to buy program.
It works. You're supposed to use it on the cracks of the cut section and then work tour way into smaller pieces. You're welcome!!

Aluksi voi kuulua pulputusta letkusta mutta kun siirtää lattialla olevaa letkun päätä niin pulputus loppuu. Lattiassa kaivo ja letku ei suoraan kaivon päällä vaan vähän sivussa. Nilan teknisessä tilassa. Ja mikä parasta niin sinne nilanin sisällä kaukaloissa ei ole tämän jälkeen vettä ollut ollenkaan vaan on aivan kuivat. Meilläkin silloin alussa joskus 2012 kaukalo tulvi ja pellit kun otti pois niin oli kuin ämpäristä kaatanut vettä, ei hyvä. Meni kompura vaihtoon silloin tämän takia. Takuuseen. Se täytyy sanoa että tämän nilanin kanssa oppii elämään ajan kanssa (vuosien).
Voisi itsekkin muuttaa tämän laskemaan suoraan alleen, koska tekninen tila, jossa lattiakaivo.
Kokeilin jättää vesilukon pois, mutta ainakaan meillä ei toiminut, koska imi ilmaan sen jälkeen niin paljon sitä letkua pitkin, että roiski sitä laitteen sisällä.
Käsittääkseni tuo vesilukko pitää olla myös siksi, että kone toimisi tehokkaasti. Ohjeissa muistaakseni sanotaan, että kondenssivesiletku tulisi putsata vuosittain vetämällä rätti putken läpi. Itse olen tehnyt näin eikä vastaavia ongelmia ole ollut.
Looks like a GREAT idea however my plastics snapped in the vice while applying "unscrew with force". They must have used real adhesive on mine. Haha Perhaps I will apply some heat on the next one.

Excuse me sir...I want to ask one thing, how much the voltage that should be receive by the "compressor" pin on this PMS ECU ? I want to connect it with the 12V+ wire which run the compressor (from custom relay) since the compressor on/off control were not using the climate control again...thanks a lot 🙏
I'm not sure about that voltage. I don't have compressor. There is some manual for this, but it's russian version: www.drbenz.ru/pms_111_mercedes_manual.pdf
@@jusubbidiy thank you sir...i just read it, and finally found the fact that the "compressor" pin on the PMS is an output signal to the manual climate control for cutting off the a/c compressor power when the engine rpm is high. Do you have the complete wiring guide for manual climate control (not the digital one) ? My car is '95 W202 C200, thanks before 🙏

Hi i got problem with my controller, hall fault always appears after powering on, signal from hall sensors come to votol and votol display RPMs, but wont run. I have 2 errors: hall fault and controller failure. Any ideas?
I think that hall error can be also triggered nyt voltage limits of throttle. You should measure voltage with multimeter and adjust limits. I also recomment to disable park option.

Id just remove the hover board tire complete and just put on a bigger tire with an inner tude to the existing motor hub. Just need to make a slot for shrader valve.

useless on anything other than very dry straight grained knot free woods like cedar. best use or these is to use them in a drill to mount a cloth wheel/mop for metal polishing

@@jusubbidiy first you need a real drill with at least 1500W. And you need to splice it from the bark to middle and at the end points, top or bottom. It works fine. I have one and it works quite good.
