    Thank you for the video you explained it perfectly! Do we have to do the breath to pull the mind out of the body before with start the meditation? Or can we just go straight into the meditation? I feel like sometimes I get frustrated when Dr Joe’s goes over the space and time in the beginning and I lose focus is that normal? Thank you 🙏🏽

    Thank you for making this video! I’ve hit the breath since I attended Dr. Joe’s retreat in August. Not every time but I pass out sometimes and I can’t not predict it so I do it on my bed 😅

    When you say ‘squeeze it, squeeze it’, is there a release between or a continued squeeze?

      squeeze it as you'd like. I personally, do like a pump. I squeeze and relax only a tad and squeeze again. You could also squeeze and just squeeze harder each time. Play around with it.

    If this is so groundbreaking and he can’t help people heal themselves why wouldn’t he wants to share the documentary with everyone? Or is this just for the few who can afford to pay for his services. This documentary cost more than if I was to go see a five star movie .. hopefully, it will be released on one of the streaming platforms that I’m subscribed to

      Yes, they are working on getting it on a streaming service. That would really help get the message out there. I guess in the meantime they are using the money from the purchases to help further fund the research. I know they plan on making it free again sometime in the future.

    I find myself completely immersed in my physical symptoms because they are so overwhelming and obviously this determines what I experience. How do you break the cycle when confronted with this? If I become aware that one particular symptom is not there, then it comes flooding back. I just don't know how to break this cycle with my eyes open. During meditation, I find that I disconnect but as soon as I open my eyes - wham - they're back. I'm not consciously looking for them.

      Yes that is hard. I think that's why you hear often times that some people who were really sick would meditate like 3 times a day because it was training their brain more and more to feel healthy and less pain. I understand where you are coming from. All I can say is that try to look as your pain as your body talking to you telling you something is wrong. Try to be nice to it like talking to a baby crying that is hungry. If you hate your pain and think about it lot, it is worse. If you just say things like, 'ok pain, I hear you, I'm working on getting everything better." or different things like that. The more negative attention you give something, the more it seems to intensify. Recently my son smashed his hand in the door and was screaming. I had him focus on breathing and paying attention to his lungs going in and out. When he took his attention off of his hand and the pain, he calmed down. Just take it day by day moment by moment. Eventually your pain will stat to ease up. And don't get frustrated if it goes away and sneaks back. This often happens when you start falling back into old habits.

    🙏😇❤😊 I don’t like you right now because I’m starting to love you with God’s love. ❤️ I was watching a video, and suddenly, something about cutting straps on that baggage came to mind. I think I dealt with it in retreat, but life brought some kind of rubbish back, so I’m working through my issues slowly. If I feel negative thoughts coming, I lie down and meditate to clear my mind. I enjoy meditating, so I do it regularly since I don’t have much else to do at the moment.Sending love I created during the video ❤😇

      interesting you mention that. There has been some interesting speculations and research lately about some "mental health" issues and people being disconnected from their body, and out in the 5D or having activated kundalini energy.

    Great Video guys, I don't know the secret to all this but I do know you guys are doing good work! 2 years now ago i was handed a book and I thought at the time it was just another garbage thinking (that people do) at the time I was down and out and not in a good frame of mind but for whatever reason I just basically Let Go and told my Ego to allow this to happening read this book. It was from Dr Joe Dispenza Becoming SuperNatural. Now two years later Wow! I am so different than my past personality. I am still, on this Journey not sure where it is taking me but i am letting go of all my shit from my old thinking. I must have read Dr Joe Book Becoming SuperNatural like 8 times (like back to back, no joke). I am almost now finished a second read of another other book that was recommended by the same person who gave me his personal copy of Becoming SuperNatural, Called "Letting Go, The Pathway Of Surrender, by David R Hawkins" I am so convinced now that all that shit that has been there due to whatever reasons is now able to say goodbye for good. Im doing the work trying to meditate daily, think positive change my process of how to think and relate to almost everything in life. One last book I can say that has got me to think in a different way is what i say is to be in the moment during all my waking day is "The Four Agreements" Don Miguel, and to follow those 4 agreements as best as I can.       Wow, that's so amazing. I'm so glad that many more people are waking up to the power within us! Another good Book I can recommend is "The Power of Now" by Ekhart Tolle. So much good stuff in that book! I have a huge library of books I've read since first read Dr. Joe's "You are the Placebo."

      Yes, the more we work to get rid of all of it, the better we feel and the less triggered we can get. I've noticed certain things don't trigger me anymore, and it's so exciting. Of course there are still those other things that trigger me that I'm still working on.

    when you say "think of somthing that make you smile" dr Joe face appear in my mind next time if someone say this to me one of my faoverite smile activator is you and your husband talking, this is very big smile. I have different view on forcing smile, if someone is on very bad mood or negative thought and can't escape from it. The way to leave it is forcing smile even your mind don't get along with it together with lift your hands up like the winner of Olympics running gesture after run through finish line. when do this, bad mood or nagative thought gone. You also can do it while try to think negative or bad things, it appear that you can't. No negative thinking or feeling can slip in to the mind on happy geature of body although it forced or fake action this is also apply to opposite gesture and thinking like make angry fece and try to think positive and happy. the brain doesn't know the signal form the body which is real or which is fake yes, dancing and uplifting music are great. what you telling and what i describe above make me figure it out what happened on my latest walking meditation. while walking i don't feel much good, distraction thinking occassionally hit me but somehow don't know what bring me try to dance with the song (it's walking med. 5), at first it like someone force me to dance with no willing, later i feel better and better as i move more and more, then it flow freely, tear of joy come after that not for long. just now i already know that if i can't feel or get stuggle on the walking again, what should i do thank you so much for the gift 💓love you 💗

      Wow, thank you. Very good advice. I was testing out what you were saying about smiling and making an angry face. You are right. Sometimes I guess we need to push ourselves to be happy (or smile) and the mind and body will follow.

    thank you, you look so young first time i see you on vdo i think you are late 20 or 30 at most talking with animal is cool, i do walking meditation every early morning and 3-4 days recently there are fighting dogs on my path who know may be i could try talk to them to stop fighting and turn to loving dogs instead I also kind of easily feel people feeling, now i know what should i do with my feeling love you ❤

      yes, it sounds like you have a gift to feel people. You should try to talk to the dogs. If you can feel people, you can also send them feelings and energy back.

Like, in my mind, so i see myself in the same place, lets say at my workplace. You hit it on the nail for me when you said it may feel like there’s something missing… can’t explain it but that’s how I feel all the time, it’s like something’s holding me back from feeling pure love in my heart.     It is ESSENTIAL for ALL participants to have the same INTENTION while doing this walking meditation. So please FOCUS your intention on WELL-BEING OF ALL THE HUMANS ON EARTH (or something along these lines) to amplify the magnitude of this meditation. See you on the 12th :) <3
