Just curious, when you’re washing the self tan off, do you use soap or just warm water? I’ve never self tanned before and I’m a little nervous as I don’t want to look streaky or orange.
No never use soap for about 24 hours after application, just rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry

You're so pretty! Also your accent is absolutely adorable
NEVER apply lotion to your body prior to self tanning. The lotion creates a wall between the tan and your bare skin and the self tanner won't stick as well. Lotion is ok for your hands, ankles, heels and elbows because no one ever wants those areas to pick up too much pigment but everywhere else should be completely bare.

Do u find it fades patchy I've used others tanners bondi sands and Rimmel bronzing mousse and st Moriz and they all fade patchy I hate that. I had high hopes for bondi sands as that was the most expensive and that was the worst one in fading patchy And the colour wasn't even dark for a dark tanner
