BENCO Sprayers are designed for ruggedness, performance, and ease of use. Our heavy-duty powder coated steel frame gives our sprayers an incredibly stable foundation on which to build. Each frame incorporates fork receivers so that you can use your forklift or skid steer to load and unload the sprayer--even with a full tank!
Next comes BENCO's 50, 80 or 100 gallon low profile tanks. BENCO tanks are total drain units designed to get all the liquid out before the next fill. The tanks sit low in the steel frame, for a low center of gravity and keeping your side-by-side as stable as possible.
Every component in a BENCO Sprayer are the same parts that we sell to farmers for their field sprayers. Each piece is a top notch, industrial quality component from manufacturers like Banjo, TerreMax, and TeeJet. Every valve, fitting, or spray tip is an industry standard part that is easily replaceable if it ever does wear out.
Boominator precision machined stainless steel boomless spray tips come standard on every model. Each nozzle has a wide 16' spray pattern, giving a full 32' of coverage on each pass.
BENCO's unique dual pump setup with flexible remote control gives you independent left and right spray control. Each electric 3.0 GPM pump controls one boomless nozzle or one half of the boom, giving you a total potential flow rate of 6.0 GPM. Using two smaller pumps instead of one big one not only allows us to split the booms, it is also much easier on the charging systems of your side-by-side UTV.
Our two switch (left & right) remote is flexible and can be mounted anywhere in the cab, or just left loose on the seat next to you. This simple remote is incredibly simple and incredibly effective. Flip the switch to turn on the pump and you are at full spray almost instantly.
All BENCO Sprayers come ready for our optional 12' or 18' adjustable height spray booms. These can be plumbed to run off one pump or both pumps and come standard with TeeJet nozzle bodies. You can add any tip form our wide selection of agricultural tips to match both what and how you are spraying.
Every BENCO Sprayer also comes standard with our heavy duty adjustable spray wand from Valley Industries. These wands can easily shoot a 30 foot stream or give you an extra fine mist. The convenient control lever is right by the handle for easy one-handed operation and chemical-free fingers.
Sprayers come with a manual hose stand with 25' of hose, but a hose reel with 50' of hose is an option.
