I only played the 40th day and i liked it it was fun game to play and even more fun in co-op it had this lovely feature customisation of guns and masks and gestures for cheering and taunting i remember playing split screen with my bro and he always use to head slap my character and run 😂

In case you are curious about "what happened" - I personally worked on the first 2 games in the franchise... I was in charge of the video editing back then, including ingame cutscenes and all the trailers. The reason why the 3rd wasnt as great was because "most" of the core team had left by that time already... After the launch of the 2nd game, they pretty much restructured the full studio and let go a lot of people, including the cinematics team which I was apart of. A lot of higher ups ended up leaving eventually as well (many went on to WB, Ubisoft and a bunch even started their own studios and published successful games like "Journey To The Savage Planet") When EA Montreal was completely shut down, I honestly have no idea where all that data was sent... So making a remaster when the studio no longer exist might be a bit harder if they no longer have full access to the source code or anyone who worked on the games...

Split screen with a buddy back in the day, raining fire down a destroyed skyscraper, he with regular guns and i with golden AK47 with some ww2 looking gun shield at the front of it. hahaha! One thing i remember was a boss battle, scene with the big bald guy in bomb squad armor, snuffing out a smoke with his boot, man the hype!.

Recently bought these games. I remember the creepy ass commercials as a kid and i saw them brand new online just a few days ago, and I was like, "screw it! Why not?" lol🤷‍♂️

Do the different text files all need to be named mod manifest? Super cool mod. Only thing i dont like is not being able to instantly hover over leaders like the Arbiter. I guess because the covenant have a spirit of fire like menu now The advanced tutorial is also bugged because of the unit cap

it still wont work i made the mod manifest and fallowed all the steps to the tea and still wont work, i been trying to get the all the units mod by the way, i went to the HaloWarsDE directory and made a .txt file and named accordingly and copied the mod folder also named accordingly and in said folder is the mod i installed, i then went the ModManifest txt doc and pasted the mod folder directory into the txt doc, when i play the game it dose not work plase help :-:

Games aren't harder to make. Games with microtransaction, and surprise mechanics are hard to make. These types of game became easier to make, and waaaay cheaper too. While you would need a team of 100~150 people to make a game, today with a team of 40 you could have the same level of game. Don't be fooled by the publisher bullshit discourse.

my friend and i loved the first 2. i didnt even know there was a 3rd. we played the first 2 so much. late nights on the weekends playing this shit lol. we absolutely loved it. he passed and i miss him everyday. wish him and i could of played the 3rd.

I found my dads old xbox 360 and it had borderlands/cod black ops 2 and army of two Im not great at borderlands but i completed the call of duty game Ima try army of two

for anyone who has gone through all the steps and it still isn't working try removing the .txt at the end of the modmanifest text document name and this should fix it a legend in the halo wars hub discord helped me out with this so hope it helps those who are struggling like I did for hours.

Nah I prefer the overall score that Xbox offers. It's easier to track on leaderboards. On PlayStation I have more gold trophies than silver. Because I was playing a bunch of easy Platinum games that exclusively give you 10 Gold trophies. They eventually add up and it doesn't make sense to award Gold for such easy games. At least on Xbox the numerical value attached to most achievements makes sense. And once you complete a game you don't have 5 separate stacks for different regions to go through.

I bought the trilogy a few days ago for console. I don't like online games anymore, I just want to call a friend to come to my house, speak about the craziness and things of the people here last week (you can't do that online, because the online friends usually lives in a complete different place with a complete different people) and drink a coffee, a beer or whatever we like, between the briefings of devils cartel. I can't prefer online, I feel this more real and rewarding with the social life

Hope we get to see a crackdown 4, they have all the cards to make an amazing game, they have incredible, fun and adictive gameplay, a story thats really deep when you realize whats going on with the agency and a aesthetic thats pretty unique and recognizable, im sure theyll try and make a remake or CD4, theres just too much this series has to offer

Devils Cartel wasn’t bad. It was my first duo shooter and Army of Two game that I’d played. It was good except sometimes it would ask you to press square or triangle on a boss run interaction and wouldn’t work which led to death and starting all over. Aside from that, I loved playing it and I liked that tag team combo

The aggravating thing is that resident evil gets remade 19 times over and over but we can't get a remake of army of two something that would be co-op online you could be in different groups but maximum of two players in each group with a great story line and Salem and Rios before that shitstorm they call devil's cartel😊

I enjoy the older games because I like them. I just don’t have time to go back and listen to the story lines so I just watch Them on break in between when I’m trying to rest
