idk when episodes of TDAD began being imported to UA-cam, but i'm extremely grateful. Because of this move, i now tune in and follow, and have been binging old episodes to "catch up". just want to say thanks for doing this, and that i love TDAD.
This great ! We are putting in a lot of effort and it’s been awesome
Nice.
1:41:04 this effect can also be found throughout winter/spring 2010. Like the Buffalo I-Man for example.
40:15 Brownie secretly pumping the BPMs got a legit LOL from me
1:17:55 don’t worry about it you’ll get it 😂😂😂
55:55 yeah totally I was stoked to hear Commercial Amen
1:09:10 I’d be willing to bet that this is how the fugue section of Papercut was written
50:15 12/26/02 set I is one of my favorite Sammy sets, Hell yeah. This guy rules Edit: I hope he saw any of the Brooklyn run, the band was on fire
24:25 I love that the Biscuits recently did just this in Brooklyn with OTT’s remix of Konkrete
Thanks for putting these on YT
❤❤❤ funniest man interviewing the funkiest
I love this episode. That floes was siiiiiick.
Yeah I’d never heard that before and loved it. Floes is easily one of my very favorite Biscuits songs.

The videos on your youtube channel are very nice. Your youtube channel video quality is very good. Thumbnails are eye catching. Your channel deserves more views. But there is some problem with your channel. For which your channel views and subscriptions are not increasing. If you say I can share with you.

We really just started the channel . We agree there will be bigger things ahead :)
Thank you for doing these shows. Magner explains in this episode what makes the Biscuits the best band in the world!
Agreed :) gotta let the world Know !
Isn't that new Brownie song already a terrible Jason Mraz tune?
Probably not an influence , can’t tell . This is a process tho and the song sounds like one thing one day and then something else another . Gotta let the process work
Is that a trans flag on your profile??? Cmon adult man! The last thing humanity needs is someone who denies logic and objective reality. Or worse someone who promotes it among the ignorant. Wake up guy. We need more heroes not victims
High Pass Filter. Low frequencies are filtered out of the triggering signal, and it is only higher frequencies triggering the compressor, and not the low frequencies. For the reasons he explained.
It’s kinda weird to have a dry wet on the low end basically on the input !!! That’s crazy
33”0am mirrors 1 Marc ukulele
The videos on your youtube channel are very nice.
I always dug mirrors! Definitely never made fun of it. There were a few that had really exploratory jams that went dark and drum and bass like. 2009 was a good year and had a ton of great new songs. I feel it needs a comeback!!!
Marc. Please write more songs. The biscuits need more D n B.
In the End We Have Forever is such a great song
@@BootsORiley I really want them to play this Sunday in buffalo. And a country Royale. The band will be so set in to the groove. Shows 9 & 10 of a 12 day run. Gonna be high expectations
Somebody get me a cheese burger.
The time to think about the anniversary date was 29 years ago, not for the 30th.
"Twiddle was a top jamband from 2010s or however you want to put it" I'd like to put it without the "top" part.
Who is not requesting more DnB tracks from the Biscuits. I love it all but the DnB was what got me hooked in the first place
It'll be interesting to see if they can keep the jams fresh while creating songs from them. At some point you'd assume that they'll all start to sound like photocopies of photocopies.
As someone who has been a lifelong musician as a hobby/side hustle, and who has been getting oversaturated with the "typical" podcasts out there where comedians re-hash the same conversations and guests over and over, I can't really put into words how much I adore this shit. I hope someone on the inside sees this comment and feels the support, love hearing "how the sausage is made". P.S. WE WANT BISCUITS IN SOUTH FLORIDA
seen. thanks. joey
Discussed Biscuits
Detailed biscuits 👍
I’ve been loving Bisco UNTZ for a very long time. house and techno were even drilled in my head as a youngin from Staten Island. hOWEVER. I STILL love a Bisco jamband peak. i think that’s due to the fact that no other jamband peaks quite the way they do. so sure unTz me but please gimmie a barbershredz and Aron laying in on organ too. ok. ??
Thanks for sharing the music love and stories. Cheers !
Jamband came out to describe/label the new connection of the post dead improvisational party bands that were all finally united for ROO 1. It felt amazing to be really happening. In 98-2000 we never called the big 3 music scenes of panic phish and cheese jam bands. We were also conscious of the younger bands and scenes etc. Nevertheless the popularity and the mainstream label of jam bands came from the lumping together of the whole variety of many improvisational styled groups and scenes.
Say what?
This is how I am working with my own music situation and not having a full band but still needing to be able to play music and record etc alone and all live at once and not having people to play with me so if you know a little monkey 🐒 dressed as a door man with hat and two cymbals
Love the cover of the roo Nughuffer
Awesome listen. Please do more of these. Cannot wait for the new new songs!
Let’s go boys
I love Allen
did i just hear a drummer say "chord change"?!! PROTECT THIS MAN.
2 words, FUCK YEAH!
I love Allen’s impressions of Marc. Perfect!
Be safe fam!
Bring back Dwaddle
Barber ran over Sammy
brings me back to 08 bisco
The Arod thing had me dieing laughing!
Compelling conversation by two great story tellers. Brownie made it seem like he was gonna run through a quick story at the start and instead he runs through the most detailed origin story you ever heard in your life. Just a fascinating story about something pretty mundane really. Then talking about the music and type 2 jamming was awesome. They hinted at giving phish their proper due, which these guys regularly are positive on phish. More than most.
I play air drums at least as goos as barber. Feels good man.
Gimme all the dancable stuff. The first thing that ever blew my mind was Helicopters from around 1999. It was the first time i ever heard the keys really lead a jam that was totally dancable. Then the guitar finished it off with face melting ripping greatness. This jam reminds me a bit of that.
