This is more work and worse results than just renting or buying a drywall lift. There's huge gaps between the sheets where he drives those screws in to hold the board up which are not going to be fun to tap and mud. A drywall life costs less than $200 for a cheaper one if you're only going to be using it for DIY and rarely or can be rented from Home Depot. This really isn't a good tip unless you've never seen or done drywall before.

There is a coming correction in Florida. There are two very obvious signs here in Citrus county. The first is the number of U-Haul trucks arriving in our county as they have overwhelmed the agents the last two years with one way rentals being turned in from individuals doing their own moving. These trucks were being parked in places they never had been before as the normal lots the agents had were packed full. There is no uptick this winter with individuals moving here. The second aspect is the number of roll off dumpsters that are accumulating in the yards of the companies that rent those out. These yards are now having to get creative as to where to store them. They are idle as there are no home construction sites to rent them. This all points to a market correction in land and home prices.
