the bubbles have co2 and when you shake them the drink itself will produce more bubbles to keep popping and pressurise the bottle inside with co2

Now C151C is rarer but on NSL very rare to see C651
According to Sgtrains spotters, there are currently of 5 C151C in service as of 21 Feb 24, with one of them having a run no. of T218
