@@kingelvis19 12 hours I think for this torch run? Did it in a whole day and that was actually my last attempt before I was gonna go to bed lol. I had beaten the game three times before (not counting NG+) so I have a lot of experience with her, but you kinda get the best handle of her when you have something as weak as a torch and really have to learn all her tells and times to attack, as opposed to when you’re using an actual weapon and can just knock her down and take advantage of her weak poise. Phase 2 really was a bitch to learn and honestly this torch run kinda gave me more of an insight into the positives and flaws of this boss.
@@Tah_Weaver That would have taken me at least 5 times longer. No chance in hell I'd do that 12 hours. Well done. You should do some DLC content, the hardest boss I had was Leda and her allies lol. Did all of them together solo. Blew my whole day and the next

Absolutely mind-blowing! Beating Malenia is tough enough, but doing it with a torch-only build? That’s on a whole other level. The patience, skill, and sheer determination you must have had are insane. This is the kind of run that makes me love the Elden Ring community even more. Mad respect for pulling off something so crazy and impressive!

You're an absolute madman in the best way. Took me like 8 hrs and 6 seperate days just to solo her regularly and I was overleveled. Really awesome fight!

I remember I think it was after that one room blew up with the Android inside it and I had to go in and turn the fire off, after you went through the medical section and met the Marshal

I mean he was supposed to go into that room the other guy went in but his AI bugged and he didn’t lol, I don’t think I had anything I wanted to use on the Alien at this point so I just had to let him die, I’m sure if I scared the Alien off and went to the next area he would’ve been fine and respawned.
That's one thing I don't like about the game is how you can't help people. I wish there was a nod that some people might have escaped thanks to Ripley
@@aqua5758 Yeah, or maybe some side missions where you can save captives and survivors. Don't get me wrong, I love the game but it's kind of boring just sneaking around, not being able to talk to anyone, not really any cool weapons, the only weapon that is ACTUALLY useful is the flamethrower.
