Madam, you forgot to tighten the canvas with those small wooden pieces on back side.

I always tell my students that can control is a mix of 4 variables: pressure, distance, speed and angle

Hello! I'm making a costume hat for my daughter for Halloween..."Orange Blossom" from Strawberry Shortcake. I'm making the hat that is orange around the head with a sunflower brim. This hat is STRAW! I've found acrylic paints, but there are also "acrylic-enamel" paints. hmmmm both together? what would you suggest for a straw hat? This may not be your area of expertise.

You sound a little like you’re trying to sound candid while reading a script. Also maybe cut out a few of the “cuts”. Your sign off is longer than the time you have educational information in this video. It’s too long to catch on and any choreographed ✌️looks awkward… every time. But you are fun and have a great personality! So this will probably be successful!!

does can quality play a part in cap "stiffness" ? i was spraying with cheap $2 and some lego thin caps and after a couple full cans my index finger was numb af....thx!

I feel like an idiot but how does finder help you determine value, when paint is opaque?

An artist using acetone for etching let some accidentally drip off a table. She had had her baby in a carrier on the floor. the acetone dripped on the baby‘s head and bore through the skull killing the baby. This is no joke nor no hyperbole. Already know it will eat the plastic away. Wear a mask or better respirator if you want lungs later in life. If you notice your nose hairs is tingling or maybe a slight cough, you are being affected.

Hi Jenna! I really like this video so much and have already tried three times to paint a Pollock picture with acrylic paint. In Germany I can only get enamel colours in white, they are not available in colour. However, there are always a lot of air bubbles in the colours, which don't look nice when dry. Is this normal or what can I do to prevent this from happening? Thank you very much for your answer!

This is cool and all but you didnt actually explain how the nozzle works, does it hit the metal tube on the can pressing it down? Does it "hug" it with friction pressing it down? I have a can that still has air in it and the nozzle/can is not clogged but it still wont spray with the original cap (it sprayed for like 3 days but then stopped suddenly out of nowhere) it works with another cap but i want to use it with the original cap. I tried to pinch the tube but that did nothing

i was surprised you didn't wear a respirator.

Every can I opened had a glass ball of clear or industrial glass colors typically clear, blue, green, or brown.

I wondered if I use acrylic spray paint (water based), am I able to layer brush detail over it with my regular acrylic paints? Thanks :)

What Montana Gold colors do you recommend for skin tones for dark and light-toned portraits?

I use Kobra or Montana Black. I'm no pro but the coverage is insanely good. I use it to paint cars, engine parts etc. It's incredibly hard wearing.

Dang whiteout can still blocked guess I just smash this one on a rock or something

thanks sm, made the mistake of buying a kobra 600ml yellow and then a montana black 600ml lol so it’s gonna be super hard to do skinny lines. i did buy a skinny cap though and a fat cap though so that might help

I am not sure if gesso is actually flexible. Mine was dry, chalky and cracked when I bent the canvas.

Does that paint have toxic fumes or. Can it be used inside ?

OMG !! Thanks !! Just bought a grey scale to help me with getting a stronger "depth" in my pictures. Current pic Im doing is greyscale but obviously not picking or blending my greys correctly !!!
