I’ve been to 45 of Clint’s shows. Would give about anything to be able to chat with him for about 5 minutes sometime just to tell him thanks. For some reason he won’t meet with fans at the shows anymore so I probably won’t ever get the chance 😢

Caught a 535 pound tuna with Captain Johnny and his guys on the Subdivider a couple of years ago when I was 51 when me and me and a bunch of high school buddies hooked up with him while I was fulfilling a bucket list item post-lockdown. Another buddy and I brought guitars on the boat and played some Dead tunes for him, and he knew every word (although not a strong singer 🙂), and he and his crew were gracious and kind all the way. My buddies and I all had the time of our lives and still talk about the trip every time we get together. Will see you again in the next few years for that follow up trip, Cap!
