Hey viola1980, our forecasts are based on the house a planet transits, so you can say the ascendant is primary. However you can still listen to both for a while and see if both have elements you identify with. And if a transiting outer planet closely aspects your Sun or your Moon you are going to feel that strongly- in your case with Pluto transiting a fixed sign, you are going to have a square to your Sun and one to your Moon at a point but when exactly depends on the degrees of your natal placements. However how this manifests for you will depend very much on your natal chart.

Hello Julinobile, thanks for your question! I have explored draconic synastry a little bit but there is usually so much information just with the natal chart synastry that one rarely has to go looking at other charts, like the draconic, for further information. Generally they say the draconic charts speak of more subtle and inner experiences, along with certain karmic dynamics so I would suggest that the same does apply however the effect will be less pronounced and more subtle. There are other astrologers who use draconic charts more liberally and might have differing opinions. The use of draconic charts is very recent and there is likely still much to learn about them.
