We started a family tradition of doing only ornaments that everyone picks one a year. For baby we did baby groot which we got him a Disneyland onsie for when we go in December. My 2 year old picked out a unicorn and my husband got a cute coffee machine one from target! Also baby Luke looks so long!!!!

Please please do research on MS. I have had MS for 45 yrs, still driving (but have regular testing of my cognitive ability), still walking (but exercise regularly, especially balance). I have loads of symptoms but have learnt how to deal with them as well as I can. Hopefully you have Remitting-Relapsing MS (there are different types) which is still a bitch but it gets better the more you learn about. So join a Support Group and learn how others deal with it. You’ll learn you are not alone. And the vast majority of us look totally normal. Every single person with MS is affected in a different way. And know that it’s only during attacks (probably what you’re going thru with your eyes etc) you’ll be going thru shit. Just pray you have many more periods of Remission. Good luck. Ask lots of questions. Be brave and take control by understanding it. ❤❤ I just checked out more of your vids and you go, girl. Congratulations on your baby btw. I hope you’ve still got a supportive neurologist and you’re going well. We all need more people sharing their stories.

I had to switch to the spectra from a portable pump and pumped every 3 hours. I also upped my fluids, food in general, took brewers yeast and drank mamas milk tea.

I’m only about 2 and a half minutes in and can absolutely relate. Went in with possible optic neuritis but then they find lesions on the brain. Going through all of this right now and I thank you for sharing your story.

How did I not know you had a job outside of youtube? Do you talk about it much online?

I sadly stopped breastfeeding at 2 months postpartum. My baby boy is on formula now, and doing great!! I was really sad at first but i’m thankful now because he is not fussy anymore!

My baby is 4 months old, and my supply regulated around 3 months too like everyone else is saying! I also felt like I wasn’t producing enough and it was really really hard for me mentally until someone told me about milk regulation around that time, and I slowly started to see that I was producing the amount that he needed. I breastfeed my baby and my husband gives him a bottle of my breast milk in the morning just to give me a little break, so I always pump during that time because the morning is when I pump the most milk. I always get enough for his bottle the next day and then atleast one freezer bag. So slowly but surely I’ve been able to build a little bit of a stash over time doing it this way so I’m not exhausting myself by pumping too much during the day (I also work from home full time with my baby there) while also feeding him, and I’m also able to save some milk :) if I pump any other time after feeding him I’ll only get like an ounce, so I definitely produce just enough for him but it always works out :) praying for you, it is so hard!!

Breastfed both my babies til around 15 months - I guarantee you are making just the right amount! Don't focus on the amount - focus on how your baby is doing and if he seems happy and fine then don't worry about the ounces. I found out that my mom was defrosting extra bm for my first when I was pumping at work because she thought my daughter needed more than what I made - turns out babies will take more if they are offered more but she didn't need it... Once she told me she tried just giving her what I made and she was gaining weight the same/just as happy

I’ve been breast feeding for 10 months. I’d try and latch him as best you can and pump after or if you’re wanting to exclusively pump use a stronger pump. I’ve always heard wearables don’t empty properly

Hi! power pumping (specially after breastfeeding Bebe worked for me!) Also, upped my food intake, drank more coconut water! (Body armor has too many gross ingredients and what helps with the increase in milk is actually the coconut water that’s in it 😉 so just drink plain coconut water! Keep in mind that most of us make “just enough” for baby and that’s so Normal! and if you ever want to supp with formula .,, i recommend only buying European style formulas (Bobbi is a good one but there are others! Just google) the American ones have corn syrup and bunch of nasty / extra things you don’t wanna give baby. Oh! And also yes the spectra works better than the wireless pumping things 💖💖💖

Not sure what pump you’re using but my midwife told me the portable pumps aren’t as effective. I had to switch from my Elvie Stride to the Spectra S1 to build my supply back up.

The boppy pillow is great for tummy time. It really helps them when learning to keep their head up.

Hey!!! What pump are you using? If you are pumping more maybe investing in a higher quality pump would help. Also I find that putting the pump at a higher setting the first few minutes of pumping helps getting that milk down my nipples.

I had so so much milk the first 5-6 weeks! I thought I was over supplier but in reality he was feeding so much and my milk wasn’t regulated yet. Around 2 ish months my milk supply dropped I wasn’t engorged as much all the things however I was producing the right amount all along, say you pumped 6oz each breast every time since birth but you think that it should be more as he’s getting bigger is not all true! You can produce 6oz forever because it’s the milk that changes constantly to meet the need of baby! I used to always produce 6-8 oz in the first few weeks and then dropped to 4oz and thought I was never making enough once he hit 3 ish months but in reality my milk was getting fattier/ changing, and every-time id notice a growth spurt I would nurse nurse and nurse ! As the day goes on your milk in fattiness etc changes and by the end of the evening you think you have nothing left but you do ! No one understands the mental load of how much breastfeeding consumes your mind day in and day out until they’ve experienced it. IT GETS EASIER ❤ my nursing journey of it becoming easier began around 7 months and I say easier as in my mental load of “not worrying” so much about it started to dwindle 😅

I always just thought eating a lot of foods high in nutrients/protein and staying hydrated was what keeps my supply up. Its been working so far🤷‍♀️ My son is close to Luke's age born 8/24!

Hey! So my first 2 boys i exclusively pumped because they both had lip and tongue ties. With pumping it’s really important you have the right flange size (you could be as small as 9-13mm)!Also, 3 months is when your supply regulates and goes more to supply and demand. So totally normal to have an oversupply and “just enough” after the 2-3 month mark! Most moms make just enough! My third i am breastfeeding and am at 6 months and i pump right after his morning feed and that helps. But biggest word of advice is your mental health comes first. My 1st born i let myself get so stressed about it but it’ll be okay! I promise ❤

Daily oatmeal with brewers yeast and flax seed and body armour helped my supply! I dropped at 3 months when my milk supply was regulating. Also change your pump parts to make sure it's pumping effectively. As long as he is fed and growing you are doing a great job:)

I breastfed for 2 years, my biggest tip is to nurse on demand, offer him to nurse as often as you can, I never pumped because it was just too much stress for me, nursing on demand and as long as they are gaining weight and have normal diapers throughout the day then there is nothing to worry about. Your supply regulates around the 3 month mark so it’s totally normal. If you got your cycle back it tends to dip a bit around that time of the month, taking a calcium magnesium supplement a week before and through your period should help with that.

I had a lot of luck with power pumping once a day! That made my supply increase a bit

You’ve got this, mama! Remember- making “just enough” milk does NOT make you an under-supplier. Feed your baby, not the freezer! Breastfeeding is so hard. I’m 14months postpartum and still exclusively pumping.

I breastfed and pumped for 11 months and after I got my period back at 8 months my supply dropped a lot. I had a very large oversupply so my daughter is only fed breastmilk until a few months over 1 year luckily. But even if your supply drops, even partly breastfed is better than not at all if that is the route you want to go. You could do breastmilk and supplement with formula when needed!

Pausing your vlog to comment about breastfeeding issues. Third time mom here. All my feeding experiences were different but I exclusively breastfed my third for 8 months. I don’t start pumping until she was about a month old. I would feed her for as long as she needed then about 15-20 minutes after each feed I would pump for 10 minutes just to empty me out completely. Did that and had about a month of frozen milk saved up for when I intentionally dried up, she was still able to have my milk for a month. You’re around the time that your milk drastically regulates. Outside factors can unfortunately aid in this. Breastfeeding is all supply and demand, so I would definitely pump more often (maybe even one power pump session a day) until you see an increase. I had lactation cookies everyday and drank Prime drinks to help me. I hated body armor because they’re so sugary. Ultimately though I recommend just pumping more especially if he’s acting content during and after nursing him.
