Life is hard and you need money to live it. I hear what you’re sayin’ but for a lot of folks it means working like a dog. Not cause they want to, but because they have to.

Wrong no one will miss you. They just lie to you about. They are probably working on how to make a life without you with someone else.. it happened to me. I used to believe that too. But boy was I wrong. Now my world is the real one not the fake one.

Tip # 1 and 3 are great advice. Don't stop worrying about your current situation. It's the kick in your ass to figure it out. That's basically just being numb. There is no up without the down. Things get fixed when you worry. Hence, the statistic. If you dont care, nothing will change. Those things are likely a significant issue, you fix it by identifying the issue.

Change your perspective and watch your life change. Our brains don’t know the difference between the information we put into it. How we react upon said information is what we are currently experiencing which is life itself.

It’s a weird question. But how to find out. What you want . What are the practical steps? I know lots of people including myself, who just forgot how to want things because of constant stress and failure . Childhood experiences where you want something and never getting it so it’s easier just not to want anything than being hurt over and over again. Would be great to have a video or podcast on how to learn our true desires big and Small. ❤

Experiencing trauma is inevitable! The question is: We will embrace it, learn from it, and APPRECIATE AND START BEING GRATEFUL, or we will let our pride and say "oh, that and this, blah blah blah". When you admit you needed that trauma/bad experience, you will realise without that you cant grow up, then you are a grown men!

wow, your channel is great! So is your advise! And I fully agree in that this kind of self concept and concept of the world should be primary. And I absolutely found it crucial as well in my own life what you do in these very moments when you're 'in' a situation, problem, habit etc. What you recommend, in the end, is basically flipping the thought, do I understand this right? I find it pretty hard to single out a specific though or stream of thoughts and would have to come up with a 'second' thought for thousands of variations, and not all thought is in thought form, if that makes sense - like often it's just a certain feeling, knowing, atmosphere, something physical even. I usually just notice it really afterwards, in the middle of it, I'm mostly way too identified already 😬
