T-shirt Yarn
So I have a couple jersey knit shirts that have holes and as I don't feel like mending them just for new holes to form ... I'll make yarn.

End of Year Garden Tour

Walking outside on this nice day...I realized I've kept myself too busy to film a garden tour. Things this year just died back really, though it was an unproductive year for me. What with everything else going on in my life. 🥂 To the closing of one year and the start of a new one! 🍻 Let me know what you would like to see in a future video that generally features homesteading and sustainability....

October Garden Tour (I'm Not Ready For the End)
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Me 2 sister 😢 me 2, I already gave up on mine. She is just dying little by little, Im open for all kinds of suggestions 😮💨
I wish I could say it lived. @Jerseygurlt897 said more water and move it outside. Crossing my fingers for you and yours!
(Fertilize) with oats and black tea leafs let that steep for one hour in boil water. (Roots) Could be root bound or root rot cause of ovverwatering. For rotted out roots trim what you can and wash the healthy roots down with hydrogen peroxide or a diluted fungicide solution. Underwatering perchance and being that majestic palm grown on riversides you wanna make sure the soil is damp a inch or a few down. (Soil) You wanna use a cactus, palm and citrus soil blend. (Repot) Try repotting with drainage holes into a tray with rocks between the pot. (Insects) If your seeing insects use a neem/peppermint spray with baking soda and dish soap.
It works! thank you!
Great! I'm happy I could help!
Broom corn dont have corn kernals, it has seeds. Also Broom corn isnt corn its a grass.
Corn kernels are seeds and corn is grass! You're correct! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Oh, so close. ALL corn kernels are seeds and ALL corn is a grass. You can still have a cookie, though, for your attempt. ❤🍪 Keep trying! 🙃👍
My Grandfather grew broom corn for years and still has the thresher and press in the barn. I literally watched my grandmother make brooms when i was 5 years old.
Grandma also taught us how to make them, my sister made one she used the scratch her horse's Mac(mackenzie) back that she loved dearly.
By your logic " it doesnt change what it is" then it's all grass....right? it's all the grass family but why does NO ONE say that?
Make a drum?!
Gorgeous flowers 💐 Like 1 My friend thank you for good sharing. Have a good relationship
Beautiful park, so serene and closet to wild nature🤗👍
It really is! We're lucky to have such nice and wild places that we are permitted to visit. It's so good for my soul! Thanks for visiting and commenting. It means a lot to me!
What a beautiful flowers! Thank you and like!🤗👍💐
Thank for your liking and commenting! The boardmans park always has such lovely displays! I'm happy others get to enjoy them as much as we do!
Looks like she needs more water. I had those bugs on mine indoors too. Looked just like yours. I moved it outside to a partial sunny part of my backyard and she thrived
Oh! I'll have to try that next time
Did you find the second baby?
On the ground near the grass where the the nest fell
Oh no...thank you I'll go see if I can find it.
There is another baby
Where? Did I look over it?
@@PatientFarmerby the nest on the left side of the frame
Wenn 2 Vögelchen gefunden wurden, warum ist dann das 2. nicht auch im Nest??
Nice tour, thanks for sharing and hope you have a blessed weekend.
Thanks for watching! May you have a great weekend!
It's cast iron for those who know!
Mmmm Teflon flavored
thats cast iron big dog
Definitely a cast iron skillet.
No wonder your pan is messed up. Metal utensils on non-stick...
just a seasoned cast iron its ok to use metal :)
Yes. Definitely a seasoned cast iron!
have faith
That's not a great under porch neighbor either, oof...
Nope. Looks like they moved on. I'd buried it back up and it's not been disturbed for a couple days now. 🤞 Hopefully it's not momma having kits down there and she's planning to come back up soon. 😧
Aww poor kitty! Kitty says pee-yoo stinky!
So exciting to have all the new babies coming up. I noticed spinach coming up in my garden, made my day!
Wonderful!
Thanks
Glad I could help!
Your little dude died from a few things 😢 You were right with the soil, needed to be more chunky and airy mix. The next was the container,as cute as the teacup is, it didn’t have drainage. Very few plants can live in soggy soil, especially succulents. They like a good drink and then to completely dry out.. You could also keep it in water but you’ll need to keep it changed and add nutrients to the water.. I wish you the best of luck with your next plant 🪴🫶🏻🪴
Thanks. It's interesting about the cup. I have a verity of plants in pots without drainage doing fine then I have some with drainage doing poorly. 😅 It's definitely a water and sun ratio thing and hard to get right in this house.
Use cinnamon It’s helps with no mold
I've had some success with starts using cinnamon. I'll try again but sprinkle them this time!
That is so cool! The mushrooms prpduced are edible after cooking too, right?
Yes. They grow an edible mushroom. Eat raw or cooked depending on your preference.
Omg I've been wanting to grow a peach tree for so long, where are you from?
Do it! I'm gardening in Ohio zone 6a. I started this peach from seed. So rewarding to watch it grow!
@@PatientFarmer ohhh that makes sense, I'm in Minnesota. I love peach trees, they can get to be SO HUGE
Yah especially when grown on their own root stock. That's why I keep it pruned! Or you could get a dwarf and keep that pruned for a knee high orchard!
@@PatientFarmer the other tree I really wanna grow is a cherry blossom, right in the middle of the backyard, just shading everything in a beautiful pink
What is that?
From what I'm finding it's a natural defence of the tree. Gummisis. It's attempting to push out borer larvae and close wounds.
@@PatientFarmer interesting
I'd get rid of it anything like that by your house is bad for your Fondation
A peach tree roots aren't that big to harm anything
I appreciate the concern but unless I have cracks already the peach tree isn't going to cause it's own damage. It's opportunistic not aggressive. If I can get it healthy it'll only live for about 9 more years anyway.
how did this turn out?
Unfortunately I didn't get enough sap to make anything. The few drops I got tasted amazing though! Worth trying again and this time I'm gonna get a "proper" spile.
Waarom niet langzamer en uitleg. Jammer
Unfortunately it's not my pattern and I'm not licensed to create a tutorial for it. The video really is just a process video and to show how they came out. I do have tutorials on my channel with details and explanations.
What’s Rows of sharing seeds
Rose of Sharon is an exotic looking bush IMO. Think hibiscus like flowers.
Perfect.
Lol! That's IKEA ❤
They have the best little room layouts!

Yep!
What a stylish gal she is.❤

You're welcome to share if you wish. I don't mind. 😋
I'm sure your husband appreciates you more than you appreciate him,, it is so beautiful to be nice to your spouse 💞 Good luck 🍀
He's definitely appreciated! I'd not have the garden space I currently have without him nor have had the opportunity to raise our child in a safe environment without all his hard work.
Love this kid he will definitely own his own landscaping business probably by the time he's old enough to drive
Thanks. He's my pride and I hope he stays confident and authoritative as he grows!!!
I like how you let him use all the equipment only way to teach them is hands on
@craignorris8225 He respects the "big" tools better then his toy versions so I definitely agree it's the best way to learn. Proper safety and a healthy respect!

@@mbb-pr4zc he got home and asked why she was still laying down. 😑 Like, dude I tried 😅
@@PatientFarmerwhat the hell were you trying to do in the first place?
@@larrykingsenior716 I'd cleaned the garage out and was gonna put her back inside. Apparently I stepped in the mulch.
That deep shade I've had really good luck with rhubarb and hopniss :)
Excellent to hear. I'm moving the rhubarb so that might be it's new location!
@@PatientFarmer ooo hope it's a young rhubarb they are a bear to dig up 😆
Yep. I just planted it this month 🤣 it's a division from my neighbor.
I'm still working on getting those rhubarb seeds you sent me to stay alive long enough to go see results!
@@PatientFarmer definitely best to get them moved before they're established! And i look forward to seeing how your seeds do too
Yeah...happens to me a lot too.
Nice system. Do you ever chip the twigs?
Thanks. I snap them as much as I can but I don't have a chipper. If I did I'd use it to mulch 😁
@@PatientFarmer I bought one. Very narrow channel though. It does work but tedious. If I had to do it again I would save up and buy something a little bigger. Good looking mulch there in that third bin!
Yay! It never looks like what I see other UA-camrs working with but I think they screen sift theirs. It's dark, moist and smells of earth so I'm happy with it! I've been eyeballing 1 that supposedly can handle a 3 inch tree. $$$ and can't justify just yet 😅
My machine is 10 years old and just started having the same issues. I descale monthly, but nothing is fixing the steam wand not working
Use the probe pokie that came in the tool kit. Could be a clog. Then try to run with the back off and see if the pump and solenoid are working at all.
Good luck with your plantings.
Thank you.
Yummy🎉 Slrrp!!!❤
It is so good!
Awesome 👏 love the font
Thank you!
the end of the video was quiet a shocker to me... i thought you were cutting the composter down... but than i saw you made two other composters! nice! :)
Hello, do you have a a video on repair or replacing the selector that does the espresso, drip hot water, or steam wand? Our selector is busted and when we select steam wand, all the steam comes though the espresso part or into the catch at the bottom with nothing coming out of the want. We have poked the wand, descaled and cleaned the machine. Any help would be awesome!
I don't. However, it's very simple in there and I have confidence that if you take the casing off you'll be able to see and fix it. It does sound like a clog though. So maybe run a descale again. It could take a couple tries to get the gunk out.
beautiful place
Cheers friend we just subscribed after your video found us . We love to home brew beer , grow hops, make mead and wine and others on our channel . Stay thirsty and make good pyment .
