EVS Metal Pennsylvania Fabrication and Machining Facility Tour
EVS Metal’s Pennsylvania precision sheet metal fabrication and machine shop location is the company's newest facility. It was opened in February 2022 after a move just down the road to Stroudsburg, PA. It is conveniently located approximately two hours from both Philadelphia and New York City.
Our PA metal fabricators serve commercial and industrial fabrication customers in both Eastern and Western Pennsylvania and across all of North America, including Central and Upstate New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Delaware. It features over 125,000 square feet of world-class, climate-controlled contract manufacturing space and specializes in CNC machining, as well as other precision stainless steel and aluminum fabrication operations.
Our PA metal fabricators serve commercial and industrial fabrication customers in both Eastern and Western Pennsylvania and across all of North America, including Central and Upstate New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Delaware. I would have done 5 😂
It literally took 3 minutes to run that part. I might take me about 15 minutes of drawing out and planning the bend sequence, then build the tooling. Run your first part check and unjust tooling or measurements/angles if needed, and then after that im breaking this 10 bender part in about 1 minute and a half tops. Which is half the time this thing took.
You're very optimistic Ian!😉 This particular job runs quicker on the robot then manually. Let's not forget that robot runs unattended...often after we leave the shop...
