This was going to be a Pinball 2000 game by Williams and a prototype was made. Along with Monopoly which monopoly was only planned, But then stern released it after williams and Bally left the pinball division some time later.

Hi we recently got operation thunder pinball machine but we have no manual or instructions. it seems to run fine but I'm sure the ball travels a lot slower than yours. i don't suppose you have the information of how it should be levelled correctly/ set up angle? thanks

I see you need to press only one button to operate it. When I was a kid we had an 1960 AMI jukebox you had to press 2 buttons to operate, one letter & one number.
