Ridiculous. Utter nonsense. U react often to KLM reviews, all negatieve. Get a life dutchy

​@@insighttravelIt is always the same on these routes. But when I fly with them to US or Asia it completly different. And the reason is clear: to their routes to Africa are not many more other competitors. So there is no reason to give their best. People have to fly them because they have no other choice.
