Thanks very much! It wasn't easy to keep stable, especially at full zoom with the macro wet lens. I did have to use a bit of stabilisation in Premiere Pro in a few of the clips.

Thank you! Yes I do use a yellow filter in front of the camera lens. For the shots in this video I was using the Light&Motion Sola Nightsea lights and a nightsea yellow filter.

It is mostly large boulder reefs with lots of kelp. It's likely the kelp that is snagging your lines. It's also very shallow. This was filmed probably around 50m from the shore and it was only 6m deep.

@@Jameslynott Thank you for the infomation, its extremly useful because as an angler I can only make assumptions of what the topography is by looking at the rocks above water! I have heard there are some big wrass there. I have only caught one, but divers coming out from the lagoon have told me of seeing good sized ones. Would you be able to recomend along that shoreline that might give access to wrasse? Thanks again :)

Thanks very much, yea it’s a shame Instagram will only let you post 1min vids, or badly cropped via InstagramTV. Yes I’ve dived with both Mark and Cathy, looking forward to being able to dive with them again soon once things are back to normal(ish).

Blue Horizon Diving, I’m using a Canon g7xII in the Fantasea housing. I’ve had it for a few years now and am still surprised at what it’s capable of considering it’s a compact.

Yes it is. It is just after the little headland at the quarry, marked by a single little faded buoy, about 120m from the shore. I've added a couple of links to the description above, one with some more of my photos from the dive, and one with the boat as it was afloat on it's mooring.
