Today on Mata Nui I faced a most terriblesome and ferocious foe, grander in might and influence than even Makuta: the computer glitch. Sadly as I played today Lewa froze and the game closed itself a little later. Has this ever happened to you with the PC game or with the console counterparts? I unfortunately lost all of my progress but will give the level another go soon.

Gosh this is nostalgic. Also made me realise I've been calling it Agario this whole time 🤦🏼♀️ lol I'm just now realising the Io part is the extension
Bionicle reminds me of Transformers don't know if there's an connection.
For some reason even though I've never been the biggest fan of mushrooms I've always liked them with garlic 🤔
I love the combination of mushrooms, cheese and garlic although Dairy free cheese isn't anywhere as nice as Normal cheese when cooked it tastes better.
I've not seen this game before the graphics, the colours are so clear. Enjoyed watching it
Not many people know about the franchise.
@BarryVP12 This a good way of introducing others to the game
Good morning. New subscriber here. Be careful maybe have soup for today. Have a lovely day. ❤
Hello! Thank you so much for watching my video and for subscribing :) It is so nice of you. Soup is a wonderful idea-alas I have none available. I did make roast potatoes with coconut milk and plenty of othet hot food. I may have had some Kitkats too.
Such a cute squirrel
Well done getting to stroke the goose. They seemed to really enjoy the food.
Ahh i miss among us
This is a great game, still really popular
@@Annsara9 Have you played it?
@@BarryVP12 l haven't played it. I've watched some Ytubers play it. Looks fun to
@@Annsara9 This was my first time playing. It is a clever game.
@@BarryVP12 You did really well.
i remember worms. i love the colours the graphics are so good
I wasn't sure either what the squirrel was eating, they're so cute. I got one to come quite close to me once then it went away. I'm sure they will find all of the nuts that you left for them.
The ducks, Geese both seem to be enjoying the seeds you put down for them. we seem to be having slightly warmer weather here. I do hope you can get some better sleep soon, I know it's not easy.
I am glad your weather is warmer. The birds enjoy snacking on the seeds.
@@BarryVP12 Thanks although l do feel a drop in temperature now. Seeds are a good thing to give them as some people still feed them bread
Oh gosh you just unlocked the buried memory of boneless chicken
@@ChelseyChannel Buried for a reason. Do not look for images of him.
@@BarryVP12 unfortunately for me it's too late 😭 I looked him up. I will not be seeking clips of the show here on UA-cam though
@@ChelseyChannel The curse continues. I believe I dreamed about him and had the misfortune of trying to explain his existence to someone,
@@BarryVP12 those cartoons defy explanation tbh. You just had to be there. As we both were unfortunately lol
Ducks are underrated for cuteness 🦆
I had no idea there was a duck emoji for UA-cam. I keep forgetting you can use them here full stop.
@@BarryVP12 now you know! 🦢
Love spring rolls 😍
Which ones are your favourite of thoae you have eaten?
@@BarryVP12 oh if you mean spring rolls in general, I usually can only have vegetable ones. I miss duck spring rolls though, back when I was eating meat 😩
Yeah I've largely forgotten how to play chess due to not playing it for many years so a series like this would be helpful
Hopefully part two will be out before 2025.
@@BarryVP12 that would indeed be good haha but I understand life happens!
If they were gluten and dairy free I would try them as I like both leek, cheese together it's a good combination of flavours.
I have checked the ingredients and they are not gluten free, unfortunately.
@@BarryVP12 Thanks for doing that for me
I curse the clowns at UA-cam and Google for making the changes that put weirdos like you on my home page
You have a good memory, we did see Lady and the Tramp at the Cinema. It was a sweet film
Good luck with the aligner treatment!
I would try this not so keen on the herbs. I agree with you about plant based cheese, I love cheese, I miss not be able to eat it. I would say the best ones to try are, Violife, Catherdral cheese, I have to cook it then it tastes better. I love garlic though.
Do you know if the sauce was vegan without milk? Kidney beans are not something I can eat a lot of. I like baked beans not the sauce they come in it's always too tangy for me no matter which brands I've tried. Butter beans are not bad.
Butter beans have an unusual texture but I suppose disguised with sauce are not too bad. I believe the sauce was made with cow's milk but unfortunately the Aldi website is currently not showing the sauce I purchased so I am unable to check.
@@BarryVP12 They do have an enquired taste make a change now and then. Thanks anyway, l've tried the odd vegan sauce it usually has mustard l don't like
Thanks for this Barry as Chess always looked complicated to me, you are explaining it well. I did know the names of the pieces the board reminds me of a draughts. looking forward hearing more.
Draughts is fun too.
@@BarryVP12 lt can be a quick game to. Whereas chess usually takes longer depending on how good you are
Very good video, I did think Aldi's prices were increasing faster than other supermarkets for a small while but now they and Lidl seem to be the best value overall again.
Yes, sometimes it is hit and miss and certain things Aldi never seem to stock. They also change packaging sometimes like with their basic range garlic bread baguettes. They now force you to buy two at a time but for the same price it used to cost you to buy two single baguettes, so it does not cost you more so long as you want multiples of two.
@@BarryVP12 That's interesting about the packaging changes, I have spotted Lidl doing similar. Perhaps they are testing to see what way sells the best.
I was wondering whether or not to try the Aldi no chicken so this definitely helps- I feel like there's better vegan chicken out there :/
You might like to try Sainsbury's pseudo chicken. I was thinking that you might like the look and feel of the Aldi no chicken, as I know you like it to emulate meat; but I felt it did not really deliver on flavour. I remember the one sold at Sainsbury's being salty and maybe nicer overall but definitely pricier. They may sell a few options now.
@@BarryVP12 thanks for the recommendation! Yeah if it's meat-like then that gets more points but as you say, the flavour was lacking
Ginger kitties are the best ❤
The cat really liked you so sweet. I agree, Home is where your heart is
Looks like a pretty park! Was hoping you might have a new video soon. Hope your August is going well so far
They seem so tame, the duck that came so close to you he/she seemed to be thinking it over whether to let you stroke them or not. what do you giver them to eat as some people do feed them bread still, others say you shouldn't so I never know what's right. I can name some not all of the ducks as there are many different types.
From what I understand, bread is no longer recommended as it isn't very nutritious for the birds. They feel full after having it as it's a filler food, so then they don't feel the need to seek out food that's more nutritious for them- causing health issues. Some people say it's ok in small amounts 😊
@@ChelseyChannel Thanks. I did wonder if there's some duck food you can buy to feed them instead
There was a Canada goose which came very close and thought I had food. In the video they at one point acted as though they were eating something because they have been conditioned to take food from humans and then instantly eat it, so they got ahead of themselves and try to eat food that is not there. I believe this is why geese sometimes attack people, as they are unable to break the expectation of food as the association with humans and dependency on them becomes too strong. The birds in the pond also make the same mistake of trying to eat food not there. Sometimes the birds suddenly swim in a direction away from the edge of the pond where the humans are because they believe food has been thrown until they release it has not actually been thrown yet. The small park regularly sees many species of birds at any given time, mostly seagulls, coots, moorhens, the Canada goose, rock doves (Pigeons.) and ducks, mostly aquatic birds as there is a pond. For the most part the birds do not antagonise each other too much despite the limited space. Sometimes the geese approach people because they expect food from them and sometimes they are more wary. Ducks are normally much shyer but I accidentally walked close to one recently that had stayed put and continued to stay by me as I sat down quite close to it before it decided to jump into the water after a brief time. I mentioned the food situation in a video I made today, funnily enough. Like Chelsey says, the bread is empty calories, leaving them full but without what they actually need to grow healthy. I think feeding bread is a very bad idea. Even if a little might not cause too much harm, they are never fed just a little. Yesterday multiple families came to feed bread to all of the birds. So there are more than enough people feeding them bread, it makes sense to offer them something healthier. I last fed the geese sweetcorn, as that is a healthier choice. It is also much easier for them to eat, as they can not cut up food and have to throw it around with their beaks to break it up. One was struggling to break up the hardened bread. Whereas sweetcorn is small and maybe easier for their digestive system. Sometimes the geese are very wary, maybe due to always being fed bread. The last time I fed them I had to leave the sweetcorn on the ground for them to approach.
@@BarryVP12 That was interesting as I had no idea that Geese behave in that way, I got chassed by one as a child even though I was no-where near them, another time they tried to get into my car, I think one almost succeed, I guess they just thought I had food for them. It's good to know about the sweetcorn, I'm sure they will get used to it soon. Hopefully more people will realise about not feeding them bread. It's lovely when you can get that close to ducks. I did hear also about that feeding Hedgehogs bread and milk although I know some people still do this.
@@BarryVP12 Definitely good points you brought up
Filipinos don't eat banana ketchup with chips. We eat them with crispy vegetable fritters, fried meat and seafood.
Thank you for sharing. The crispy vegetable fritters sound really interesting. Do you have a particular recipe to share?
Not what I expected to see on my youtube feed lol
Great Video Barry, loved the reference to Donny, Stefan
I really enjoyed the video it was fun and interesting to
If it helps, although I'm pescatarian rather than vegetarian, I love fake meat because I really miss the taste and texture of real meat. I want to enjoy all the usual stuff like burgers, steaks etc but with the peace of mind that no chickens/cows etc were involved Of course some people who don't eat meat don't want anything that resembles real meat in the slightest, but due to the wide range of reasons for not eating meat, there are plenty of us who enjoy fake meat and how it makes us feel less like we're missing out on something.
This is the point I was making in another video, that not all non-meat eaters are ethically opposed to eating meat and may have little to no qualms about replicating certain aspects of the experience. That said, as much as I appreciate how that may seem logical to some it is still not really making any sense to me. It sounds as though there is a somewhat ethical stance but that personal satisfaction and comfort come before which makes it hard to understand as being an ethical position. It is very interesting the different angles and approaches taken on this one issue alone.
@@BarryVP12 Yeah it's interesting to me because I find it hard to understand why it *doesn't* make sense to others haha. I don't think there always has to be ethics involved in people's food preferences, personally. For me anyway, it's just not that deep- I love the taste and texture of burgers, I don't like the burger to be made of cow. That's really it for me.
@@BarryVP12 I've just thought about your response a bit more and I do want to clarify that me being pescatarian is indeed me picking and choosing my ethics. As in, if I'm uncomfortable with cows being killed, why don't I care about fish? So if that's what you meant, I completely agree and I indeed have cognitive dissonance.
@@ChelseyChannel It does sound a lot like cognitive dissonance, which is another fascinating thing to experience, particularly how one can arrive at it and not realise. You have said that you do not see a need for ethics to be connected to what is eaten and yet apparently have made an ethical decision to act on ethical concerns for the welfare of certain animals. That was what I was hearing and it sounds very uncertain. I understand that there are more nuances involved and ideas can become confused and lost when expressed outwardly.
@@BarryVP12 Yeah as a psych student I'm definitely fascinated by cognitive dissonance, especially when I notice it in myself. To clarify though, I didn't say ethics are never involved- ethics are most definitely very often involved in food choices. I was just saying that the choice to eat meat-like vegan products, as opposed to other protein e.g. beans, isn't always an ethical one and is sometimes just because we prefer the taste, shape and texture.
10/10 review! Just subscribed! Keep up the good content!
Colin, thank you so much! Your comment and feedback are most welcome. It is a pleasure to have you. Next food reviews will probably be of a frozen Pizza Express pizza (Goat's cheese.) that I wanted to compare to the restaurant version and some more Aldi products. There are also many videos in the archives still to be uploaded and so they will appear randomly too.
I Used to love ketchup and vinegar now I cannot have either. From someone who also struggles with sleeping I really hope that you can find some thing which will continue to help improve your sleeping.
It is hard to find aids. I think removing cause of insomnia is always the best tactic but that is usually incredibly hard even if the cause is known. Some people recommend a strict routine that you could try, by making sure to go to bed same time every day, limiting screen time and caffeine (Very important.), as well as not having the light on immediately before bed (Or buying a dimmer light. I bought a cheap one from Amazon that works well.) and if restless some people actually suggest walking about rather than just lying awake, as this can continue/worsen the problem. But routines do not work for everyone the same way, although our bodies seem to be made for them.
@@BarryVP12 You made some good points. I do try to go to bed a similar time each night, although l do watch videos in bed because, sometimes it's the only thing that helps me go to sleep, pain is a big part of why l struggle although l'm a light sleeper to. I try to make reading last thing before turning off the light. I heard to about getting up if you cannot sleep, l usually put light back on and read until l hopefully go back to sleep. You're right what works for one person doesn't always help someone else. I'm always open to ideas.
@@Annsara9 Maybe try to reduce the brightness of the screen at night, if you can still read it. It will take moments and practice to adjust. As light sends signals to the brain which encourage alertness and also makes it hard for the brain to switch off. There should also be one or two filters on the phone: a nighttime filter and a blue screen filter. These can help greatly.
@@BarryVP12 Thanks Barry for that as my screen is bright it does make sense what you're saying. I do have a Led lamp which would be better than the main light which l leave on to read.
Although I like making my own chips it's nice to have some in the freezer not yet found any which aren't vinegary. Haven't had a Yam for a while their like normal potatoes not as sweet as a sweet potato is. I love chip butties not always easy finding nice gluten free rolls
I agree with you about the pickled flavoured crisps they always taste vingarey to me, the same with prawn cocktail ones. wishing your friend all the best with whatever she's dealing with, I hope it gets better for her soon.
I'm sure you did mention to me about honey, it's something that I never used to like, now I can have it in hot water or black tea. It does help with my hey fever. I love the combination of both Coconut and mushrooms.
I was just wondering if you'd do a new video. This was funny!
This is spectacular! Thanks so much for sharing! (B.t.w., *Superman Returns* will forever remain my top personal-favorite live-action Superman film).
Thank you :) I do like the movid and how it essentially serves as a sequel to some of the older movies.

My favourite Doctor Who speech is not by a doctor but rather the one Leonardo Da Vinci gets to hear about himself at the art gallery
I watched that episode very recently and have started a video on it, as it speaks to me greatly too. Amy is right that they did not make a difference, as he still died and so horribly. But they also did make a difference, through changing slightly his quality of life, even if he died the same way.
@@BarryVP12 good point and I'll definitely be looking out for the video
Very interesting collection of speeches from Dr. Who some I recognise although I'm not sure which Dr. Said which ones though.
It is great that you found the speeches interesting. All are from modern Doctor Who. From Christopher Eccleston up to Peter Capaldi. The one about being a story was from Matt Smith's period.
@@BarryVP12 Thanks for that. Matt Smith was my favourite Dr. Who so that's probably why some of the speeches were familiar to me.
