wondering if anyone had fillmed big bands there in the 1980's to 1992 my Dad was one of the small group of people that liked to call themselfs the corner pockets, they would go see big bands there all the time. would be neat to see him in the background. I'll keep searching, thank you.

For Spring Break the DLand Resort hours are 8AM to 12midnight for DLand and 9AM to 9PM for DCA. Of course the Early Morning Entry for the hotel guests is 7AM on certain days. Summer hours usually run those hours as well, but sometimes they stay open until 1AM. Miley Cyrus' birthday party was a big deal so they closed at 5PM for the party. DCA stayed open, though.

On there off season they usually open at around 9am and close at 8pm. During there season they open as early as 7am and close as late as 1am!

Not really. Whichever side you are on pretty much is all you see. When the announcer tells you to look right, if you are not facing that way you have to turn all the way around. They claim they can seat a few more this way, so that is a good thing. I prefer the old Mark V seating. Thank you for commenting.

I would love to be able to wait to be up close and get wet. But hubby and I are not as young as we were and we sat on the ground earlier that night for an hour and a half waiting for the Electrical Parade at DCA. We were cramped and sore, but happy. Thank you for the comment.
