Hello Dana, this is a very valid question I asked myself as I would love the convenience of shopping there with the help of metro just like FFC and City Center. When this video was made only Red line was operational but now both Green and Gold line are. Unfortunately, none of them is as close to Lulu, I guess the closest would be Matar Al Qadeem, then from there its a 15- 20 mins walk if you want to walk it up in this season...:)

Why have a separate jail sentence fr a particular community when you already have domestice violence law and other laws safeguarding women already. It is a good move no doubt but my only point is you are putting d women in greater pain using this law. Pls see why I dnt support the way it was implemented. Also, I agree with you many cases shown may not be true mob lynching but soooo many of them are right?.....why do we need them in 2019? In any case Peace and Salams to you!!!

At approx about 12:00 mins u ll see why I didnt like it for d women especially dependent ones....pls share your thoughts with me on how we can deal with this danger.....

@@shahnazhalai06 I was just reading the provisions under this law. -The offence is non-bailable. However, there is a provision that the magistrate hearing the case may grant bail to the accused. The bail may be granted only after hearing the wife and if the magistrate is satisfied that there exist reasonable grounds for granting bail. -The wife is entitled to a subsistence allowance. The amount is to be decided by the magistrate.

@@rutvik23 Hi Rutvik I am glad that you have read the law. Everyone was bycotting it bcoz of this allowance point...where will this hero arrange it from? And till 3 yrs she will still be tied to this man as the divorce didnt happen. She cant marry or get allowance till 3 yrs is d problem as he ll not be on a payroll/job...unless he has a business of sm sort 😅

@@shahnazhalai06 Maybe they'll make some changes. It's still new. See right now they are focusing on making this law effective. And men won't learn lessons unless they go to jail but if women still want to continue then they can stick to the old maulvi law. Don't approach the courts.
