Not a perfect counter, but I rather counter 2099 than use him because it takes no skill imo. You play 2099 and you draw DOOM and then take your cubes. Not that fun to me.

Second dinner can eat my ahh and shine my shoes with that BULLSHI rng scam. 1K tokens from a series 4, not even enough for a 4 but only a series 3 and a repeat when my collection isn't full? when they know the card is going to be real good they do this. This is what happened when Arishem came out. You needed 4 keys to get him. I had 2 keys saved up and got a duplicate and Daken variant smh. I dont even play Daken. Is there even a good Daken deck.

Yo luna snow is an amazing pick, you could run some diabolical surfer and high evo decks. And once you get scream i find that luna is really nice in scream decks 🙏

Do not play marvel snap if you're easy to spend money on things you don't need. Snap devs are a bunch of money hungry people that are ruining there own game. Snap is fun but it's big time pay to win. Don't play it.

Suggesting people make one deck is totally reasonable, expect when SD decided to nerf one or several key cards in your main. Time for a new deck I guess? Oh that’s right, the other key card is behind a pay wall.

This is pretty bad. So here’s the thing. There are decks that are competitive. There are decks that are fun. There are decks that are competitive and fun. You mostly have access to strictly competitive decks at ANY level.. the only thing is, most of these decks lack in enjoyment, because when you lose to far superior decks (due to their superiority), it feels really really bad, and it happens more often than not. Even with an understanding of cube management, it’s a bad time, most of the time. Then there are decks that are strictly fun. You don’t necessarily play them to win cubes, but they’re super fun to pilot, and if you get a few wins in there, and maybe complete some missions, that’s even better. But for the most part, you’re having a great time dropping in the ladder 😁 Lastly, decks that are fun to pilot AND competitive. These are usually decks full of series 4 and 5 cards, or the latest cards, decks that exist behind a pay wall or (as the guy mentioned) having played the game for a WHILE. These decks are usually fun BECAUSE they’re superior, and it feels good to win consistently. Most of the players who are leaving the game are players who don’t have the time or money to invest into a mobile app to eventually earn FUN/COMPETITIVE decks. If marvel snap makes it more difficult for players to access fun/competitive cards, players aren’t enjoying the overall experience, there for they will look to find enjoyment elsewhere. This wouldn’t feel as bad if a player can regularly access series 4 & 5 cards that they specifically want, but just a bunch of gambling through keys and caches. This is Marvel Snap. Either you want to just have fun, or you’re willing to sweat it out. If you want to have fun while you sweat it out, more money please.

I like this guys channel and yours because you guys do use different decks that arent meta but still good. I like that because there are cards that I would love to play and you guys give me ideas on how to play them. Like Jessica Jones, Domino. I love those cards but they arent relevant in the meta. I was using Jessica jones in Surtur, but there are better cards for that deck. Off topic I was watching a content creator that was playing this game since the beta and this dude has 300 keys. That is wild!

I feel bad for new players, My deck collection is above 9k and the reason I reach that is by grinding. Playing for hours and spending all my gold on missions. I had to play for a year to get the good cards and you need to buy every battle pass. As the card collection for the game grows, the harder it will be for new players. Eventually their player base will never grow if this keeps up. They need more incentative for new players. I was playing the game for free until I realized I was not getting the cards I really wanted to play. But I am happy where I am. I missed out on a few good cards, but I can still play fun decks even though they arent meta.

I love the move deck. Once I got Phoenix Force, it raised my win rate by a lot. My Human Torch gets killed when he gets beefy. Then I come back with that move every turn, Phoenix Force. My CL is 1900.

I don’t even know where to start. His arguments feel as though he is a whale in this game. I am a returning player and couldn’t even start explaining how bad it is to come back to this game. Don’t get me wrong. I go infinite every season, but we have different definitions of competitive. If being infinite is competitive that is a joke. I went infinite the first month I played this game. To me being competitive is being in the smaller digits. You have to play the meta in those ranges. Having sub par substitutions means you loose those close matches. To add, he said that this game doesn’t cost much, but a single new card can be around $80. Those prices are ridiculous. Also, Marvel snap is about win rate. That is a joke. Pre infinite you get bots, it’s so easy to take advantage of that. Let’s define being “good”, and truly being “competitive”. Being infinite is not competitive. I go infinite within the first 3-4 days of a new season. At the current moment the data is showing that less and less players are playing Marvel snap, and new player retention rate is garage. That is a definition of a dying game. I don’t like being this mean but giving Marvel Snap this much credit after they have been so rude to the community and have not addressed key issues with card accusation is beyond me. Hope this makes sense. I want this game to thrive but they need to fix it!!

hes got some points but as a relative new player to snap my experience has been horrible so far sure u dont have to play a meta deck but as a competitive person its not fun playing the same 2 or 3 decks over and over to be semi competitive il have to be atleast somewhat series 3 complete if i wana be more competitive and play new archetypes which sadly takes ALOT of time while with tokens to save 6k tokens in snap as f2p is tidious and long, meanwhile if i wana play a specific archetype for eg bounce which seem fun to play it will take me once again forever to get those specific cards but in my personal view card acquisition is a huge problem in snap sure as f2p u dont need season cards and the new series 5 cards thats coming each week but as player in snap what if u like those cards what if those specific cards fits ur playstyle? once again fomo comes in and feels like u get left behind and u have to wait a considerable long time to get those specific pass cards and new series 5 cards u couldnt get that week or month while monetization in snap doesnt affect me but the pop up offers of 100$ to 200$ bundles that keeps popping up in my face i feel is abit to hardcore and kinda crazy how alot of p2w players buy this sure snap gameplay is great but this alone wont always susutain marvel snap in the future they wil prob end up like hearth stone got some dedicated players but wont be regarded as the best card game out there anymore to end of my long paragraph would i reccommend new players play snap in 2025 the answer is NO atm i adissagree with SD listening and adderssing our problems in snap which they arent next year will tell

Red Guardianing Thor or Beta Ray doesn't stop them for getting their hammer buffs. It's really cool. Opponents would have to red guardian the hammer which is impossible.
