They are £400 now. Definitely not cheap or affordable. Especially when daws can do all this.

Bc it's FREAKING AWESOME! it's one of my absolute favorite controllers. The mixer section, BPM knob, transport controls and rack controls are just great. Makes Ableton feel like a live mixer. And I hear VJs love it for similar MIDI capabilities So glad they reissued this. Gonna sell more at my store now (I work at a Guitar Center)

What did you use to tilt your TR8S like that? Is it a stand?

AFAIK the Minifreak has aluminum enclosure, while Microfreak is plastic, of good quality through. I have Microfreak for 5 years now and it still works without issue and I was shocked by Vocoder update, as they silently added input circuit just fo all Microfreaks XD Just activated later. Plus other updates, through I mostly use original sound engines.

We can´t have a discussion about Hardweare-Sequencers without mentioning, that Companys release a Successor every other Year, while the Oxi One gets Firmware updates, nearly weekly or Years now, with ton´s of features we asked for. I have not toched any of my sequencers since i own that beast.. especially if you want to go DAWless and get away from the PC as a distraction.. and start making music instead of "researching"

I have the 909 and the 808 from Roland.. I can tell u , the knock offs dont’t sound or feel the samen. But for the price what u get It is a fun drum computer to start with.
